Excellent hotel, better than I expected for the price and better than most travelodges and premier inns that I usually use. Friendly helpful staff

You need to ask (put the door card out) if you want the room serviced, as I was there for 6 nights I did this but only the towels were changed not the bed linen. I would have preferred the sheets etc to be changed at the same time. Not the hotels fault but....the location seemed perfect for my stay and being part of a large retail complex I expected to find plenty of places to eat etc but alas the NK shopping mall is very run down and mostly empty.

Free parking, rooms were spacious, rooms were very clean and modern

The shower screen was small, so when you showered the water comes out and wets the bathroom floor. But if you put a big enough towel it is good.

Room was very clean and the tv channels were acceptable. Reception Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, cleaning staff very friendly.

We arrived late back at the hotel one night of our stay by public transport into the bus station and found that we were unable to gain access to the hotel via the shopping centre. We were told by a member of the public that we would have to walk all the way round to where the car parks were and we had to walk all the way up through the three floors to gain access to the hotel as all doors to the centre were closed. This was totally unacceptable to both myself and my wife as we both have difficulties with walking disabilities.

It was all very convenient. With the reception, restaurant and bar all on 1 area on top floor was great, very easy to find. The buffet breakfast was very tasty. Perfect for an overnight stay. Location superb for the shopping centre. Food was great. Very clean. Had everything I needed. Felt very safe and comfortable staying on my own. Car park was easy enough to find and I was able to leave it there all weekend for free.

The noise in my room from the heating/aircon system. I found it difficult to sleep. It took me a while to realise that all I needed to do was take keycard out of the slot, then it turned the system off. However thats not ideal if I needed it on. I would have liked the duvet to be thicker or have the option of a blanket. That's just my personal preference, I don't like thin duvets that feel like just a sheet.

It's a hotel at the top of a tower, situated in a multi-story car park, serving a huge shopping centre. Sounds weird, but it really works. The free car parking is achieved, because you're in a massive car-park :-). You get a yellow token at the entry gate, which you zap with a contactless widget on the way out. Free! Great system. The room itself was fine. Better than Travel Lodge accommodation commonly is, and on-par with Premier Inn, Clean, comfortable, and given it's elevation (we were on the 10th floor) no traffic noise. Great.

The air conditioning in the room 'worked'. The room was nice and cool, no worries there. But the racket! Really noisy. Got the room as cool as we could, then switched it off. Woke up roasting, but couldn't sleep with the noisy machine running.

Room was clean, tidy, fresh, smelt good. Facilities great, bathroom was clean and tidy and modern. Bed was comfortable, staff were polite, Starbucks on the 12th floor. Easy access to shopping centre where there is Nando’s/busses/taxis etc. Good for value for money, happy with our stay.

Difficult to find with the top floor of the car park being shut. Had to lug the cases up there. Cards to the room kept deactivating. Got to the 9th floor with all our shopping, and the cards didn’t work… had to then go up to the 12th floor to get them activated.

The hotel reception staff were excellent ❤️ Very kind and accommodating. I felt like family. My little brothers and sons under 12 (who were with me) had a fab time and felt safe. The reception staff were so kind and welcoming - thank you. I’ve been to hotels which cost more and have more hype, but weren’t half as sweet and lovely as the Ramada team.

The cleaning staff were not exactly the kindest. Or helpful. I wanted my tray cleaned with the tea bags, milk and sugars (that needed replenished) as I was there for 3 days. But the main cleaner (tall with dark hair) couldn’t care less. I had no tea bags, milk spoons for the next 2days. So felt a little disappointed with that. But other wise fab stay.

There was nothing I could find wrong with this hotel , from the moment I stepped through the door I was made to feel most welcome and at home, the staff were amazing and so friendly , my room was a double with a king-size bed which was so clean as was the bathroom and everywhere else. The hospitality tray was full, I had an ironing board with iron and toiletries in the bathroom along with adequate fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast is hearty, well cooked and plenty of choice the same again for the evening meal altho that is table service. There is also a well stocked bar and everything is reasonably priced The hotel has a lift which takes you into the shopping mall below and also has access to the bus station where you can get a bus to Glasgow and other districts....I will have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and highly recommend it 100% 😀

Food was disappointing I ate in the restaurant twice 1st night I had a chicken burger waited over 45 minutes for it to be served. The chicken was hard & I struggled to eat i I complained & the lovely staff took money off the bill. 2nd night I had the pizza ,it was tasteless the bottom was hard & obviously shop bought. Wasn't enjoyable to eat.

Never had breakfast as we weren't up in time

Getting into the hotel late at night all doors were locked as this hotel in the shopping centre, had to phone the hotel to see how we could get in. Had to walk all the way round to go in through the service entrance, which part of the way there was no foot path. We didn't need a taxi as we were only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
