Breakfast and dinner was excellent along with the bar and evening entertainment. The staff were without doubt the best we have experienced on our travels , they were polite and nothing was too much trouble for them ! The room was good value and exceptionally clean. 10/ 10

Our room was within the courtyard / studio's and was excellent but we were kept awake until early morning from the conversation from the adjoining room. There seemed to be no noise insulation installed and maybe for the future this could be rectified but as above the rest of the stay was so excellent.

Pet friendly as on ground floor no stairs so easy access letting dog out. It is walkable into town as tried that and it felt safe when I went this time to stay alone. Reminds me of a ranch or motel in USA and it was never moody. Open window and overlooks fields to room I had so great ventilation and lovely view. Clean , spacious Room was great - comfortable bed, love tea/coffee and biscuits. Bathroom was functional and clean so happy

Not sure if there were safes to rooms but just took valuables and weren’t there long enough. Good if room could see car to make sure safe but every time it has been fine if opened front door of room. Only heard one van unload stuff early where I wondered if it could unload different place but it was nothing.

The facilities were above expectations, but did not realise that chalets were available maybe next time we would prefer to use these to see if any difference with noise control The meals were delivered and presented beautifully. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous at all times. Housekeeping service was excellent nothing was a trouble to anyone.

The only recommendation is that the rooms on the front of the property were spoilt due to the noise of the traffic all night even tho it was noticed that the rooms did have double glazing but unfortunately this did not drown out the noise.

We were very happy with our stay here.our family room was a good size, so plenty of space for us. It was very comfortable. It was great being able to park right outside our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find, and convenient. Nb it was an accessible room which wasn't a requirement for us, but looked good for someone with accessibility needs eg ramp to door, rails in bathroom, level shower and shower stool.

The shower splashed onto some of the bathroom floor, so an extra bathmat would be handy

we booked this hotel last minute, when we arrived the man on the desk was friendly & welcoming. We had a bit of an issue with the first room as the radiator wasn’t working but the lovely man on the desk soon moved us & offered us an additional heater if we were still cold. The room was clean, the beds felt comfortable & the room was cosy & warm, there was tea/coffee & a couple of biscuits. The TV worked well too. In the morning we both had a good nights sleep, it was very quiet through the night. When I opened the curtain we were overlooking the field at the back, so the view was very pleasant. Breakfast was excellent!!!

Nothing really, it’s obviously not a 4/5 star hotel but it’s great value for money & well worth the stay.

The staff were lovely. We have stayed several times before but not for a few years. We were travelling to visit a local relative who is terminally ill. The disabled room for my 92 year old father was excellent and the hotel were very helpful in ensuring we had the right facilities for him. The breakfasts were good with an excellent selection to suit everyone.

I shared a twin room with my sister and her bed had a terrible squeak which kept us both awake the first night. The bathroom was very small and the bath really narrow which made showering quite tricky. The dinner menu was very limited and there was not much suitable for a light supper. The quality of the food was very good but we felt the menu was disappointing for such a nice hotel.

Me & my daughter have stayed at this hotel several times while visiting my Mum who lives in Brandon, so the location is very convenient. We had a room upstairs, which is not the first time, the previous room was huge, with a massive. This room was smaller but cosy. Tea/coffee was provided with a lovely touch of biscuits. Breakfast is always a highlight.

This room had a four poster bed, which was a normal double & after being in a massive bed last time we visited, was disappointing, also every time me or my daughter turned in the bed, it was a bit rickety. We were also on the front of the hotel, so it was noisy from the road, all I can say is thank god me & my daughter are heavy sleepers, even though I did get woken up at 4am by a lorry passing by.

Staff were really lovely, friendly, very helpful. Food was nice and outdoor seated area was a little suntrap.

Bedroom accommodation needs a refurb, good potential to be beautiful but just a little tired, needing new carpets, and beds that don't creak and bathroom panel needing refreshed /as looking tired & grubby/worn. Taps make loud noises when being used and walls are like paper, could clearly hear the next room occupants conversations and hear toilets flushing. Ie. Our sleep was interrupted each night.

The accomodation was lovely clean and spacious ,the beds where very comfortable . We had a lovely evening meal which was beautiful . The staff where so welcoming on arrival and when drinking and eating they where so friendly .

Our room was in the front so we could hear a lot of traffic if and we we stay again we will request a room to the rear of the property. Even though the food was tasty at evening the breakfast was cold even though there was a great selection to chose from the warmers didnt keep the food hot

Didn't have breakfast but had lunch and evening meal both excellent. Red cabbage with curry new one on me.. But it worked. All staff brilliant. Bus stops out side hotel perfect. Loved the stay. Never liked breakfast as a extra at any hotel. So we had breakfast in town. Nice you didn't charge for parking. Never get that at other hotels that charge for parking. But we'll done on that. No complaints at all. Excellent.
