Amazing stay will 100% return, the room was spotless, beds very comfy it was the best nights sleep i had in a long time the facilities where great and very clean and they even left my mum a lovely birthday card which was so kind! i would 100000% recommend. It was in walking distance of everything we needed ( Blackpool pleasure beach, wetherspoons) Me and my mum are planning to go again in a couple weeks and itll be one of the only hotels we will stay in again in blackpool for the near future. Staff were fantastic, welcoming and they have the most gorgeous dog. Thank you for a wonderful stay, you have an truly amazing hotel x

Everything was 10/10

The whole stay was absolutely perfect, I called the manager Tony a few hours before arriving asking if I could late check-in as I was at Lytham Festival and wasn't sure what time myself and my partner would arrive to check-in, Tony was really kind and understanding, noting to not leave the festival early and he lives on the premises so will be awake to let us in, this put me and my partner at ease alot and enjoyed the festival to the fullest! Tony was super lovely and kind when checking us in, which was later than we expected due to train times, the room was absolutely fantastic - really cozy, homely, super clean and layed out great! Loads of lovely furnishings, tea/biscuits, everything you need! The bed was extremely comfortable, honestly one of the best night's sleep I've had in a hotel/B&B! The pillows were soft and the duvet perfect. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful, Tracy was so kind, welcoming and accommodating, such a lovely person! The full English breakfast she made was divine and exactly to our liking, couldn't rate it enough! Great portions and loads of toast which is always what you need! Checking out Tony and Tracy were so lovely, will 100% always be staying at ParkRoyal everytime when visiting Blackpool, the cute, homely, welcoming vibe and also fantastic price were a 10/10 for us, super recommend for your next stay in Blackpool! :) Thank you Tony and Tracy for a wonderful stay :)

Everything was fantastic, couldn't have been better!

The breakfast was brilliant, there was a wide range of cereals to choose from. Orange or apple juice. Tea's of various varieties or coffee. The cooked breakfast you could choose how you wanted each item e.g. "crispy" bacon, which I loved. The room was very comfortable with a super king bed. TV & drinks available in the room as well as on-suite. You could connect to wi-fi by looking in the welcome book. The people were very friendly and welcoming and a great source for local knowledge and attractions.

The hot water for the basin took a while to come through, I didn't want to waste water.

This was our 2nd visit to Park Royal and we were so pleased we did! A beautiful place and Anthony has made it a very interesting and friendly place to stay. The room had whatever you would need and more. Down to cotton wool to remove make up! Bed very comfortable. Tracey who helps in the kitchen is just so very lovely! The accommodation is immaculate and lots of lovely things to look at. Breakfast was very high quality and presented very well indeed! Thank you so much for such a lovely stay! ❤️

Absolutely nothing!

Tracey who we met was amazing! She made us feel so welcome when we arrived. My son is autistic and has ADHD doesn’t like change, warmed instantly to Tracey he felt at ease and could relax, normally this wouldn’t happen when he stays somewhere new. He couldn’t stop talking about Tracey and wished she was his Nanna. The owner is lovely too and his Dog Leon. This was another bonus as another familiarity for my son as we have a dog. The place is Beautiful, so quirky and arty. The room was gorgeous only thing I would pick out was the pillows but that’s me I like a flat pillow and the shower as it’s electric you had to adjust temperature so for children you would have to make sure it was set right as it did get very hot. Otherwise it was a lovely room full of character and very cosy. The breakfast was amazing great choice and lovely full English with what ever you wanted. Again Tracey was lovely a super host and great with kids!

The owner was friendly, the beds were comfy and the room was very nice and homely. Great location right near the Pleasure Beach and that end of Blackpool. Free street parking outside as well.

It took us ages to check in, despite ringing the door bell and the contact number for about half an hour. The room had also been made up as a double and not a twin as what we had booked. We separated the beds ourselves. And the next night the beds had been made up properly as two singles.

We rebooked this hotel having had to cancel last year which was fully understood by the hotel owner and he was ace about it From the arrival it was a very warm welcome with the hotel location within a couple of hundred yards of the south pier and with a view to the pleasure Beach from the road The hotel was as the pictures showed and the family room was big enough for our family of 4 which includes 2 teenage boys The breakfast was spot on with nothing to much trouble for them Tracey will do her best to accommodate any breakfast requests you have without any hassle

There was nothing about our stay that was negative when it comes to this hotel

Owner and the lady were lovely really friendly and nothing was too much trouble...staff make it. Alot of useful info given when arrived and they even have oil radiators if you feel the chill....lovely people

Rooms are clean and tidy but it is an older house so don't expect super modern or clinical clean ...it is clean but it is an old style house but it was a lovely stay in a notoriously hard to find good place

The place is in a fantastic location. The property is very welcoming and the owners are absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. The artwork and plants throughout give the hotel a comforting homely feel. The room was great, perfect for all of us with plenty of room. The breakfast was lovely and brought to us by a lovely, happy lady. Definitely be back and highly recommended.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

What a beautiful "home". Welcoming and quirky artwork, much like the owner Tony in the best possible way! Tracey serving breakfast was an absolute dahling and nothing was too much trouble. Took a business card as we'll definitely be returning.

Not really a criticism bur if you're on the larger size like me the small en suite was a bit of a squeeze. Small price to pay for the best stay we've had in Blackpool in my 58 years.
