Everything was great! The hotel had a perfect location, the room was clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. The hotel was pet-friendly and eco-friendly, which was a big plus for me. I requested robes and they were given to me for free. Additionally, there was free coffee and tea available for all guests. Our stay in the hotel was very comfortable and I plan on staying there again next time.

There are no sockets for the hair styler in the bathroom

+ quiet street - but still near to the city center + good breakfast (usually it is a buffet but as there were only a few guests, we could choose from the breakfast menu) + clean and comfy + upper floors have nice balcony and there is nice view on the city

- no minifridge in the room (so if you want to keep something cold, it is not really much options) - rather smaller rooms

Staff was nice and accommodating. I left very early, before breakfast time, and they prepared a lunch box for me. Hotel is new and clean, very quiet, which is surprising given its location, close to the center. It is easy to walk around and everything is super close. Bed was super soft, shower nice and hot with good water pressure. The window in my room could not be opened, but there is ventilation and AC.

The hotel is good. It is 8 minutes walk from the centre and a direct number 9 tram from the station. There are smaller standard rooms and bigger comfort rooms and if you can afford it the bigger rooms are really a lot better. Some of them are on the 7th floor and have a balcony with a view and they are really great. I stayed for about a week and after a couple of days I looked at AirBnb flats in the same sort of price range but realised that with breakfast included (and it is good,) the Ibis was actually better value for money. I would go back there.

There is a restaurant downstairs where they serve breakfast. Then another company runs it for lunch and dinner so you cannot charge meals to your hotel bill. It has pizzas and a few other things but it is a bit limited. Worse, for dinner you have to have ordered by 20.30 because they close at 21.00! They also play quite annoying and loud music. The restaurant is not a deal breaker, but it would be good at least if it stayed open later.

Very friendly and supporting staff, great location in the city center. Good value for money. The hotel has it's own shelter/bunker (which is very important now). Breakfasts are good. Umbrella was provided at request (it was heavy raining).

The room needed a bit more fresh air, and there was no stopper to keep the window opened.

Very poor wifi in breakfast space (and the really bad croissants, but countered by great cheese) are slight minuses, but basically it's a good and safe option. I think it should be slightly cheaper compared to other local prices.

Nice room with a very interesting design and panoramic windows that contain everything that you need, including bathrobes and slippers. In the lobby, there is also free water, coffee, and tea. You can also get an umbrella on the reception if it is raining. Oh, and parking :) Overall, quite modern and comfortable. We will return :)

In the centre but just off a little we could walk around centre no problem staff helped you out easy to book in and out and help with taxi arrived in time to get me to the airport

I like their breakfast! There are options and delicious. The room is clean. Staff are accommodating. It’s near to center and near to shops. The interior design is modern. Not your typical 3 star hotel. I would really recommend this hotel.

The noise from outside you can hear the trams noise. No complimentary water in the room.

Great location, nice rooms, good service. Great value for money.

Sometimes breakfast were full of children group, so it was not easy to find spot for ourselves.
