Radisson Blu Hotel, Ordu

- The staff were friendly, also they can speak English. - The hotel is clean & quite, the food is nice (lots of varieties). - The room had an outstanding view of Ordu. - They made for us a simple arrangement for our honeymoon, it was a nice gesture.

The hotel entrance had no lights at night!

Beautiful hotel set in the top of the mountain. Peaceful environment 😌 The room is very well furnished, and all the necessary amenities are included. The breakfast buffet was served early in the morning with a view of the sea and the city. Everything was freshly made delicious food 😋 🤗. It is a very nice place to relax and enjoy the view 😉.

I think you need a car here to make your trip down easy.

the location: on top of a mountain that overviews the whole city in a breath taking view. cable cars station is just 1 minute walk as well as a lovely natural public park with some good fun for the kids and a great walk with restaurants and cafes on the boztepe area.

nothing at all. would have wished for a slightly bigger room (as we had a child) or heavier pillows, but these were good to haves only. they didn’t spoil the experience at all. Would surely stay in Radisson Blu Ordu if I visit this lovey city again. For a 5 stars hotel in Turkey, value for money for a sea/city view room on top of a mountain was perfect. in fact unmatched in any other Turkish City!

The location is perfect. Situated on top of a hill for an excellent view with the cable car conveniently next to the hotel for quick transport to the city.

The food is extremely over priced and not good value at all. The descriptions are poor and also gives a misinterpretation of what you will receive. For example the shrimp pot is a main course but consists of about 8 shrimps floating in butter.

Location and breakfast, also they upgrade my room free of charge I stay there 2 night the city very quite and beautiful. the only thing I don’t like in the Teleferik for turkish citizen only 25 TL two way for other nationalities 100 TL two way, the staff hotel all the time smile.

The draining of the water in the shower is very slow and is full during use, as well as the carpets in the room are full of stains.

This hotel is completely follows all the strict rules of Radisson policy, everything was as expected: - well designed rooms - great windows view - comfortable spa zone with a pool, sauna, steaming hamam, regular hamam - quiet pleasant music in spa - delicious breakfast - best ever staff

TV in sauna does not suite Finnish sauna culture. Sauna is for relax, not for hot news. But it can be switched off, so not a big deal.

Everything was wonderful , much thanks for mr. sabri in reception and all the staff in reception, restaurant, housekeeping and the concierge desk.

near to the top end od the cable car (boztepe teleferik) where gift shops and nice cafes, and of course the incredible view. great food in restaurant and room service. staff where v. friendly . one day we forgot our bag on the parking, they found it and kept it for us. gym and swimming pool v. good.

toilet was not 100% clean, and sofa was ragged . the sound of the party downstairs was loud.

the location of the hotel was amazing. also, the comfort of the rooms and cleanliness. there were plenty of parking spaces where you face no issues parking your car

the value of money as the hotel was extremely expinsive

Noise, rooms are not sound isolated. Despite I was staying in a non-smoking room I still smell cigarettes! I didn’t find the room with twin bed room that I reserved. They inform me it is not available, they give me a room with King bed and they make the sofa as a second bed!
