Hotel Aqua

Staff are professional and their behavior indicates a very good management. Animation team and their programs are amazing and very interactive with hotel guests. Bad luck we had to attend the night show at the lobby for two nights because weather was windy. However they did really well even in their. View from the beach is beautiful. Food variety and taste are very good in all 3 main meals. Hot, cold, fresh dishes and stations are good.

The way to the hotel entrance is a bit tricky if you are driving and relying on maps. Tried the snack bar once and ordered pan cooked chicken and it was really bad from taste and presentation aspects. Some facilities look old.

very clean and excellent staff throughout the hotel- they could not do enough for you from the service from the friendly waiters to the animation team - evening entertainment was very good the shower was the best I have had on a holiday!!!! the spa was also amazing - had last day couples turkish bath with aloe Vera wash and a massage - absolutely amazing ! the views of the bay are lovely - and the hotel has various places to sit to appreciate this - on the beech too which was brilliant - never sat at the beach as the sun beds at pool were so comfy and good breeze around the pool area

only down side is the journey from the airport but taxi service is good - hotel opened earlier than normal (usually may) so ichmeler itself was quieter

The food was outstanding, especially the Adana bbq. The staff go out of their way and they are very friendly. Also, They have great entertainment for kids after dinner. Overall I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. We will be back next year!

1. Reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, smiling, cooperative and fluent in speaking English. 2. Hotel clean, calm, not no much noise and with stunning nature view 3. Restaurant with a different variety of food, friendly staff and quick service 4. Shows for kids and adults are nice 5. Good concierge service

1. AC is not cold: can be adjusted and improved

Beach front, very big garden, large swimming pool, sandy beach, excellent food, daily fresh , hot BBQs in the main restaurant. Very much helpful staff, very active and cooperative staff in the clinic, in restaurants , in the bars.

Carpet in the corridors. Low ceilings in the corridors.
