The location of the hotel is at a commercial center where the tram stops in front of the hotel so very convenient to go everywhere which reachable by tram. the room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is great and many options. What is very nice is the staff, from reception to cleaning staff are super friendly and try their best to help. especially the young sweet guy Osman at the reception, he smiles a lot and gave me great help during my whole stay, very professional, many thanks to him. Definitely will come back next time when I visit Gaziantep again.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights with my family, and it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and nice, they smile to you, ask you if you need anything whenever they see you and seem pleased to help. The rooms are clean and comfortable with an impeccable wifi connection and everyday when you get back to your room after breakfast the room has been cleaned with the beds made, clean towels and water. The breakfast is great too and the waffle maker really is a plus ! The hotel is very well located with a tramway station, a migros and a pharmacy just in front, restaurants just behind it and a mall close by and it is also close to the historic places and the old souk of Gaziantep. I definitely recommend as we enjoyed a very pleasant stay there very much and would reiterate if we're to come back to Gaziantep again !!

Nice, elegant hotel with sound proof rooms, elevator, free parking, breakfast. Located in a very busy commercial area near downtown. Our room and bathroom were both big and very clean. Room is nicely decorated, air conditioning and wifi signal were working perfectly. Very polite and helpful staff we thank them very much for being so kind and professional. We enjoyed our short stay.

Nice location. Quiet. In the room all needed for work travel.

Very minor things. English skills of the staff were not very high, but they tried their best. 'Coffee service' at breakfast needs some improvement.

on the lower floor rooms are spacious. Manager Mr.Mehmat’s client service is excellent.over all v good hotel. hotel is centrally located in front of the tram station, parking is available in the hotel.

house keeping staff always forget to keep tissue box, sleepers etc sleepers provided was of very poor quality.

the water pressure in the shower is extremely low it is very hard to have a decent shower, carpets and moquettes needs to be changed

Breakfast was excellent with a very good hot and cold selection. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, just across the road from the Havas airport bus depot, so reached the hotel in a very comfortable Havas bus for just 25TL. Within easy walking distance of the old city but with shops and restaurants nearby.

Generous sized room, comfortable, helpful staff, on site parking, recommendations for dinner and map to find our way round city.

Breakfast had the least choice of all hotels we had stayed in across Turkey and there had been many.

Breakfast was very good and the room was quiet,clean, large and comfortable. The location was good as well.

The bed was a little small and too soft for my taste. And the coffee was very harsh and really terrible. The room heater/air conditioner seemed go from too hot to too cold. We had to adjust the temperature on multiple occasions.

Location is great- almost all tourist attractions are very near. Parking is free of charge and in underground garage, so we felt safe about our car. Breakfast was more than great. Staff was very kind, informative and hospitable. I even got a flower for 8th March- so kind. The receptionist at the check in was soooo kind and informative- I forgot his name; it starts with S.

The only thing is to put visible note for changing towels. In each hotel is different. And for the last night we did not get toilet paper and shower gel. But, these are small issues- everything else was exceptional.
