The hotel is right next to the promenade and the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was quite satisfactory. Facilities quite new and in good shape. They took great care with cleanliness, everything in the room was immaculate. Overall we were very happy with our time there. Bonus: had an excellent massage at the spa, well recommended.

The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The sunbeds around the pool are placed a bit too close to one another. There was one animator who thought his job was to shout at the top of his lungs (and was also quite rude), apart from his noise pollution it was quite peaceful. Lastly, Fethiye has some amazing bays with crystal clear water, but in this area (Calis) the sea is murky and with big waves, which is not so bad, but maybe not ideal for swimming.

The staff hotel is extremely polite and efficient, attention to the detail is great, we felt very welcomed. All meals were delicious and great variety. The hotel is clean, very organised and just 5 step from the beach. we got late to the hotel, around 2am and they organised a sandwich and a bottle of wine. we would like to say thank you to Mustafa from the restaurant. The band (entertainment) on Saturday was very good. overall I do recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to be back.

The hotel is not really environmental friendly. I think a couple of things couple be implemented, such as ban plastic straws and plastic water bottles. Towels change system when the heat choses if want a fresh towel, in my opinion we didn’t need a fresh towel every single day.

Small things: you can’t book hammam the day before, but when you come the same day, its always booked already. Also, I’d try massage, the the prices are very high, if its a bit more reasonable, probably more people would go. Also a bit funny maybe, but the pieces of cake are very big😀 if you take few, just to taste, and some you like and finish, others you leave, it becomes a waste. We were trying to cut very small bits, so that we can taste more kinds but do not increase the food waste.

Everything was really good. Breakfast provision could be improved. Orange Juice would have to be paid for, and the menu and items offered predictable and not updated for a 5* hotel

Sundia was a pleasant surprise for us. The Hotel is new, very beautiful and well located. The rooms are quite spacious, modern and comfortable. And the same can be said for Hotel Amenities. From pools, to Spa, to Hair Salon, I’ve tried them all and had pleasant experiences. The fact that foods and drinks are all inclusive, just makes everything that much better🥰 We loved everyone, there was some communications difficulties because of the idiom😅 but the staff more than makes up for it and really does their best to understand and accommodate all requests. We loved it, and will for sure go back!

- Paid the reservation amount in TL on day 1. While checking out of the hotel they asked us to pay the differential cost. The front desk should have charged us in the right currency to avoid the whole chaos of converting from $ to TL to Euro - Shop in the hotel sells imitations of known brands and ended up paying a way higher cost

The one thing that exceeded our expectation here was the food. All inclusive packages tend to be a bit hit and miss but every meal at Sundia was fantastic. Loads of options, full fresh salad bar and a variety of local and worldwide cuisines. Day time snack bar was also great and drinks list was extensive! Loved the pool bar and all the various areas for relaxing. Evening entertainment was also fantastic and well organised. Room and facilities were great and staff went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. Overall great value for money

The cocktail selection was incredible, but not all of the drinks quite hit the mark. However the staff were very accomodating with every request which cannot be faulted. Some areas around the pool were a little bit overcrowded but that is to be expected during peak holiday times.

We loved our stay! Everything you can think of was perfect! Extremely kind and hard working staff members, they did their absolute best to take care of us. Facilities are great, very clean, specious and all you need is available in the property, so if you prefer to have a relaxed holiday at the pool or beachfront there is no need to go anywhere else. Food was of great quality and different everyday with lots of variety. There was an entertainment event in the evenings which was a lovely experience also as we managed to listed to live music and see different dance performances. We will be very happy to be back in the future and highly recommend it.

My dearest husband picked this hotel for our honeymoon and his choose turned out as outstanding experience, definitely ten out of ten:) The most satisfying experience was customer relation and hospitality. The hotel has a young team and they were all super super lovely and polite, speaking about kidness many thanks to Pelin, Abdullah, Hilal, Ruya Acelya, Tuncer, Ataberk, Ugur, Berna, Zahide and all other who I cannot remember their names now. Staff from reception to security to housekeeper to catering all friendly. However special thanks to Night Manager Umit Bey, he made our stay unforgettable. Even we did not want to spend time outside of the hotel because we could not find the same customer service. We have been looked after well, ate well and drunk well also I have given a nice bouquet flower by reception:) I must say that quality of food and cocktails are very good. What else I could say definitely you will be treated well and will remember ….

Sea lovers could be disappointed because it is too wavy. Hamam facilities has a booking system which is different than other hotels. It should be open for all guests.
