Helen Hotel

The hotel is located just perfectly just off the promenade and ferry port of Canakalle, in an area with scores of restaurants and shops. Despite this it has free parking available for guests close by. It also has a very good buffet breakfast which was included in my booking. Overall, very happy!

Nice hotel. The room was large. The breakfast is buffet and offers a lot of options. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and easy access to the streets with shops and food. It had private parking but you have to make a research before arriving because de GPS leave you at the crossroad. On the right hand is ferry and you have to go to the left. TV is old and hasn't any channels in English. Wi-Fi is poor. I had the room overlooking the parking lot. Choose rooms with sea view. I recommend the hotel because of the area, parking, breakfast and of course due to the fact that it is a hotel and not a boutique hotel.

Fantastic location close to Ferry Docks and Promenade with excellent restaurants. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and sites They all spoke very good English as well. Rooms and hotel amenities were as posted on Bookings' Site. Rooms are clean and breakfast was plentiful with great variety. Highly recommend. Great Value!

Very firm beds which some people may not like. Shower water temperature could be a little warmer.

The hotel is in a great location very near the waterfront - close to the ferry and plenty of restaurants. We were able to park in their car park around the back, which was very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was good, nothing outstanding but comfortable enough. There was a buffet breakfast with a good selection.

Convenient lication at city centre. Have lifts. Value for money and very good breakfast.

The TV is tiny and didn't show any programme. Window faces street so there were dogs barking in the early morning. Restricted view. Parking is difficult to find, no instruction is given. The parking gate was not open when we reach and have to inform the staff twice although she should have seen it from her cctv, some traffic jam was caused.

Everything was excellent. The room was very large, spacious, the perfect breakfast, buffet, you could choose what you wanted. The location of the hotel is very close to the port and easy access to the streets with shops and food. The biggest plus for us was the fact that it had private parking.

The location is excellent. It’s a walking distance of five minutes to the Troya statue. The room is a bit small, but very nice. The bathroom is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very pleasant.

Wonderful hotel in the city centre - clean and spacious room and bathroom, of course the central location comes with the outside noises but when you close the windows its ok. Excellent as a whole.

Helen Hotel is quite a good one, the location is the best of the best! It’s very close to many restaurant and shops and is in the center of the city. Hotel facility is reasonably good and up to the bar of a three star hotel. But the service of this hotel is a big plus, when we first arrive Ero the restaurant manager was there at the gate to help us with parking. Late on when we brought dinner back (pandemic time, not allowed to and asked him if we can eat at the hotel restaurant, and he says “of course”, he even give us plates and utensils to used. On the last day when we were ready to check out, he even gave us some simple meal for hour road trip. Ero was just so nice that he seems everywhere and try to help whenever needed. It was so warm and make us felt at home!
