Orange County Kemer - Adult Only

This is my third stay in OC, it’s getting even better and more fun. you don’t need to go out the hotel cause everything is inclusive, food/music/wild parties/huge theater for various events every night + that wild-loud disco on the beach-deck. The best hotel in Kemer related to customer service: the reception staff are the best and so professional/helpful, the housekeeping 10/10.

Still the AC (Air-conditioner) one of the big issues in OC-hotel, the room temperature still high + very humid which will prevent you of sleeping, and thus and as American standards, paying more than $200 per night for staying in a hotel without AC considering too high.

cleanest, the staff are friendly, food is good and better than the last visit, sea and mountain view, hotel atmospheres great, the sweets were amazing, will visit it again for sure.

Major issue: orange county management is responsible for all advertisements inside the hotel, be careful from Aura team inside the hotel because it's a scam they ask you to go to outside club “Arua” free transfer and entrance and after you receive the bill you will pay triple the real price. total scam the management should take serious actions because this issue happens with everyone went to Aura not only us. last visit to orange they were working with inferno which was much better than Aura club the there was no scam minor issue: just need improve and change the music for night outdoor disco. during my stay I only faced above issues, the rest of the resort was very good

Location, food, hotel itself, etc.

All good mainly. I had one situation with the staff which left a bit worse impression than it could have been. But nothing worth mentioning or bragging about too much.

The private beach is great: it is very well equipped, clean, there is enough beds. We had a bungalow since we came with 3 grandkids. They had 3 separate beds on the second floor. We stayed on the first. Rooms have enough space. Although the furniture is simple and the door of our wardrobe was not functioning well, there was plenty of space to store clothes, shoes and luggage. The playground for children was just in front our door which was great.

Resort has 3 outdoor pools but they are not heated. For summer, perhaps, it is fine but in October water in the pools was cold despite a very nice sunny weather with 24C during the day. It would be nice if the hotel could provide information about places of interest to visit around. Having second ping-pong table and more sets of table tennis rackets would be nice too.

Food and dessert and fruit were very good , there were a variety of show nights. All was good

Very clean, nice place, nice events. The staff was great, especially the kurd cocktail girl and Mustafa at the Pier. The cocktails were really nice.

The food wasn’t as great as I imagined for a 5 star hotel. They didn’t serve fresh juice in the morning and there were no seafoods, only 1-2 kind of fried fish, the salads were all with dill, I couldn’t eat it. Also the bed wasn’t comfortable. Also when we went to take some sushi at the snack restaurant, the guy that served them was giving like 5 sushi per plate and when I asked for more he was seeing me kind of angry😅 like he wasn’t supposed to give me a lot of sushi. Weird.

Everything was amazing! , the staff was friendly special KOBRA in reception , great entertaiment every night, food and pool was great. You have everthing you could ever need at this hotel

the Hotel is great, food is amazing and it’s provided all the time, with different restaurants, beverages are also all day long, alcohol is good and not the bad kind, that was all inclusive. i loved how they schedule activities in morning in the pool and later on at night show. it’s always clean allover the facility( and it is huge). staff are cooperative and nice. 10 pm is time for the night club, music and drinks as well as decorations are all good I recommend it and it’s worth the price

nothing to dislike

all was great best hotel for.party drinks food location rooms activity . the best

some of thw securities in white are agresive at night . people drink all day and night . some of them try to make drunk guest angry so they fight with them and then they call the police and u pay money . it happened to me 4 of them came to me while i was going to my room and told me to respect my self when i did nothing . i stated video recording them and they took my fone and broke it . told reciption but nothing happened . i have the vid still .
