Excellent little family run hotel like staying in someones home. Breakfast was delightful as was the sitting area in the garden under the old city walls. The taxi rank is 5m away if you need to go the airport and the tourist tram is very close. Nothing was too much trouble there was a problem with hot water that was fixed promptly and on request we were given a kettle in the room. AC worked well wifi was much better than usual in Turkish hotels in fact excellent.

On occasion (window open) the noise from a nearby hostel could be distracting but closing the window solves that problem and if you choose to be in Kalieci (old town) then you should expect noise

Everything about this property is great, I saw a review about the great bed mattresses in this hotel, it is true, the best sleep I had since I started my trip in turkey, the hotel ambience is great, it is like living with family, the breakfast is so good, starts from 8:30 to 10:30 but don’t get impatience if you come at 8:30 and it is not ready, the staff prepares everything fresh, so when you come they start preparing your breakfast, everyday there is a new item so breakfast won’t be the same everyday. the service is brilliant, location is the best and close to everything, I highly recommend this hotel for you, we are 100% coming only here when we visit Antalya again. special thanks to Botuhan for being on top of everything, he is your star if you stay here, and thanks for the great Umran and Halil for their great generosity, and for Enci for making our stay tidy everyday. çok teşekkür ederim, the best stay in Turkey

The Hotel is really in the heart of the city, but in the rooms it is astonishingly quiet! We loved it here. Everything is in walking distance. Even the metro to the airport. The old town quarter where the hotel is, is the most beautiful part of the city and you have a lot of bars, restaurants and shops in plain sight. The hotelroom was big and cozy, we had everything we needed and the view to the garden was beautiful. The breakfast is one of the best breakfast places in town. The staff put a lot of effort in it and everyday they change some meals so you don't get bored. We loved it and never missed a meal! Thank you to the staff and management for this wonderful stay. We will come back and will recomend the hotel to friends and family!

The hotel was an oasis of peace and quiet in a busy part of Antalya. The garden was lovely. The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. We ate at the hotel on the first night, discovered what a fantastic chef Adnan is, and ate there every evening after. The grilled sea bass with fresh garlic sauce was particularly awesome. The rooms are clean and decorated in a rustic style. Breakfast is mixture of savoury and sweet and there's plenty of it.

On one morning and one evening there was no hot water for showering. Also, the pillows were a bit hard.

Did not take the breakfast as we have to leave very early to fly back home. Very close to the taxi station who take booking. Nice garden and staff. Got a fridge in the room which is great. Bathroom was big enough, modern with all what you need. Good location to visit the whole old town and the harbour. We know well enough Antalya old town and it was a great:

The room is far more smaller that what you can see on the pictures, so did not have much room for us plus our suitcases. One night is ok more can be tricky. Also the bathroom got a small window open which with water plus light on make a paradise for moskitos....Need a net!

Location is 200% perfect. Nicely designed rooms with unexpectedly (for butik) large shower room. A very convenient bed! A very welcoming and friendly staff (hi, Batukhan!). The breakfast area is a very pleasant, in a small but beautiful garden. Breakfasts are very nice, + you can order a variety of them (extra). The room has all facilities that you need!

Though not a hotel's fault, but on the arrival day our hotel room was occupied, so we were offered a room-facility at 1-st floor in loft style just next door to the hotel, on the same street. It was good, but the tourists passing by our doors-windows seemed were just in our room, so noisy and close to the room. Thank you to the hotel staff for offering us the temporary option, as they didn't expect that the hotel guests who were to free "our" hotel room would request to stay longer and prolong their booking. We moved to our hotel stylish room in a historical design just next day. It was very nice and very quiet. So it was not, actually, the fault of the hotel that we had to wait for a day to accommodate in the booked hotel.

It is quiet there. It is a small family hotel, and if you seek peace, garden, and a couple of cats - this is exactly what you need. The breakfast was outstanding - warm omlette, good tea, cheeses, olives, etc. The best breakfast I had in Turkey while living there the last 4 months!

There is a mosque nearby, so you will wake up at 5 am. But there are mosques everywhere in the center of any Turkish city, they are built in a way that everyone should hear them. If you want to stay in the center - this is part of the price -_- The toilet is a bit too high. I am ~180 cm height, so the problem is not in my height. But even I could use small 15-20 cm stool for legs while sitting there.

Very cozy hotel in the historical center. The room was compact in size but well organized and more than enough for a short stay. The room was clean, well-furnished, quiet and comfortable. AC was very efficient. The hotel is placed on the edge of the historical center, so easily accessible by taxi (15 EUR from the airport) as well as all tourist attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was included in the price and was very tasty. The staff at the reception and the breakfast were very friendly and efficient.

Location is very good, just at the entrance of old city. Beautiful garden with orange trees. House itself has its charm and character. Clean room.

Room was smaller than advertised on this site, it came as a disappointment, was just enough to fit a bed. Outside music was super loud as if playing in our room, there are a lot of cafes nearby so consider that. Breakfast was very scarse, so don't rely on it too much. Reception desk was always empty, we had a couple of questions but did not know who we can approach.

Well where do I start with this property. Everything about the property and it’s location is amazing. It’s in the centre and close proximity to the airport too. Most attractions are easily accessible. The staff went above and beyond during my stay. The breakfast was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend this if you want a place in the city, not too far from the beach (you can use a tram and it takes about 20 mins or so) and the place has a family feel to it. I would 100% recommend this place and will stay here again.
