Booking.com customer service is the worst. I was asked via email for an upgrade, which i did, it included b'fast. At the time of check in I was told that was not communicated to the hotel. We paid for the upgrade charges! 5 phone calls to booking.com customer service and nothing was resolved. I would not recommend using this site for anything.

The beds are extremely comfortable. The location is in a public street where you can find many Turkish brands and restaurants nearby. Also the hospitality of the staff, they gave us very delicious cookies when we did the check in. Actually I like everything about the hotel

The hotel is just amazing experience local bars parks and great walking, the most cleanest hotel I have ever been in my life. The front desk lady (ayshe) was so nice and polite. Had Wonderful experience staying here. The staff and environment deserve more than five stars. This hotel is neat and clean. I would most definitely stay here again.
