Regency Tunis Hotel

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, especially with our two kids. We arrived at the hotel to fresh juice while we checked in. Later, a plate of sweets and fresh fruit were delivered as a welcome present. The hotel has lots of space to explore and the grounds were lovely. The indoor pool was heated, which our kids loved. Our room has a lovely enclosed terrace with views of the outdoor pool and ocean. The food was excellent at the hotel and the room service had incredible options. The breakfast was expansive and of good quality. There was even a customer service staff member regularly greeting us daily and helping book cabs.

The room key often did not work and took several times to get into our room - which after a few days is annoying, especially when you are coming back from the pool with kids. Some parts of the hotel also look a bit old and need some attention.

Loved the garden by the pool, the view the reception area offers, the quality of the bed, the prompt check in, the helpful and friendly staff at reception, the Thai food in the Thai restaurant which totally exceeded my expectations and which is a must to try !

the staff at the bar which could have been a bit more friendly and specially the staff in the bar pool which must change, the housekeeper who must wait till the client answers before opening the door (my complaint was correctly taken by the receptionist who did seem concerned and caring about this issue)

It was very well cleaned rooms. The stuff was unbeliveble friendly. They ready always to sereve quickly. Very good family atmosphere. The swimming pool was amazing for all ages .

The food varities were unexpected, althought the stuff them self friendly and ready to serve, but always there was slow serve. Ppl. Must wait long time to receive cup or plates specially breakfast time. Some times we find only one server like Mr. Khamiesy who was very active and did his best... thanks. Chees varieties were very less. Backing varieties execellant.

The hotel couldn't accept to pay with my booked credit card. They made me pay in cash. I booked a room with free shuttle from and to airport I couldn't arrange with them and made me to rent my self. They don't have much information about booking.com any arrangements I do on the website they have no idea about it.

The room was very comfirtable , quite and so clean. The view was marvelloues . Housekeeping were always helpfull and ready to serve. Pools meet all expectations for every age. The buffte restaurant stuff like el hussiny was great helpfull and very decent.

I disliked the less Variety of Buffte, specially breakfast ..

the lockers for keys to open the room are working very badly..even the key cards were working well we never opened the room for the first time...it happened during both of our stays on two different rooms

Very nice hotel with larges swimming pools and access to its own beach. Good quality spa and restaurants. Very helpful personnel.

Some people didn't speak English and sometimes there were misunderstandings.

We were dissatisfied with the quality of the food. Irrespective of the hotel's pricing, there is room for improvement, particularly considering it was not during the festival season, and the hotel was not crowded.

They do not accept payment online by the credit card. You have to have it with you when you check in.

I loved the beach, the location, and the cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the best part was the White Elephant restaurant at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our dinner memorable. Mr. Khalil is one of a kind.
