At Home at Udon

The location was great the room was as expected nice flat screen TV good air conditioning Kettle for hot water. It is located directly in the center of the nightlife there in udon. 500 M away as a massive Night Market with so many food items clothing Electronics whatever you could imagine. About 150 M from the hotel just around the corner is the central shopping mall which has its own food court every type of store you could imagine. I'm not a smoker but the room did have a balcony for a smoker and it had a sink outside of the balcony as well. I have booked another trip there for next month.

Over the years I have stayed in most of the reasonably priced accommodation In this area and this is simply the best …friendly staff, spotless rooms, excellent aircon, central location but set back slightly from the main road so nice and quite when you want to sleep but Bars & restaurants only a few steps from the front door.

Nice hotel in udon near the shops and bars. Very clean .have stayed there a number of times. Always a nice experience

It doesnt affect me but if you have mobility problems ask for a ground floor room because there is no lift.

Ground floor room was appreciated and in good condition. In the street with the most entertainment in Udon.

Small problem in the evening when the water supply stopped meant I could not shower before meeting friends for dinner.

I wasn't expecting to walk past bar ladies to get to/from hotel. Should have left the wife at home 😂😂😂

Good budget hotel in the heart of Udon Thani. Many bars, restaurants and Central Plaza Mall in your doorstep.

Location is good for nightlife. Many pubs and restaurants. Balcony was a good size with a sink (we booked the larger room). We asked for the room away from the street, and the room provided was in the rear of the hotel. It had a window (facing the Central Festival parking garage and Convention Hotel) and sliding balcony doors. Plenty of sunlight, yet they had heavy curtains for shade. Nice, spacious room with a folding sofa.

Not that this is bad, but I wouldn't book here as a family due to the many bar girls on this street. In my opinion, it's strictly for nightlife fun. Upon check-in, I asked for two keys to our room. I was told that they only have one key. After I showed my disappointment for this policy, they ended up providing me with a card for the power in the room, but not an extra key to the door. It helped a bit, but we were still inconvenienced when we went out separately to run our errands. We booked the larger room, and the bed had a broken spring, and was noisy. Traffic from the parking garage and thoroughfare was only noticeable when hearing honking or large delivery trucks.
