This is purely personal- there was no kettle in the room so making coffee wasn’t a thing - they also just made me a breakfast but were very happy to make me something different - they also didn’t take cards so everything had to be in cash which for whatever reason isn’t as easy as you might think

There were 2 roosters crowing/shouting just under our balcony from 11 pm until 6 am. Difficult to sleep and not very pleasant. Affect of course our impression of the hotel.

Roosters in the neighboring yard kept us up all night
Roosters. We went down to breakfast (included) at 7:15. Breakfast started at 7. Hardly anything left to eat and no chairs to sit in. No tea or coffee in room. Next day we went walking before eating breakfast and came back to hotel to find that breakfast was already over at 9:30. The hotel said breakfast till 10.

Outdated. Not like the photos. No spa even tho its in the name. Wanted extra money to use the gym. Breakfast was lame. Tons of ants in the first room. Second room still had ants but was a better room

I only like the fact that there was enough water in the room and the mini bar was adequately stocked.
There was no bar or restaurant. Nobody promoted the spa to us. Bathroom towels smelled strange (not properly rinsed or dried). Only one or two news channels on the TV. I travelled there to see friends I had worked with in the past. We would have eaten at an on site restaurant and they would have stayed for drinks at the bar. However, it turned out that there was no bar or restaurant (contrary to what was advertised). The staff were friendly and sweet and showed us another bar down the road that was walking distance. I cannot drive at night due to an eye problem and that is why I was looking for a hotel with all the facilities on site. I was also interested in the spa....but nobody recommended it or even bothered to tell us where it was. The breakfast was mediocre.

It was disgusting very dirty and their was blood on the pillow from the previouse guest. staff not helpful breakfast none existent, no bread or creial, only cold eggs or Thai food. No hot water.
