A grand establishment with a lot of old world charm, but modern amenities. The staff were very friendly, almost forgetting to charge me for the room. Breakfast was great in the huge dining room overlooking the massive swimming pool. We only had 1 night as we were travelling back to Bangkok, but this was the second stay there and hope to go for a longer stay next time.
The view out of the room was a bit of a messy vacant block, not that it mattered all that much. The rooms are starting to look a bit worn, maybe it would have been good to do a spruce up during CV shutdown. Still a nice place to stay

A large hotel, with nice gardens and a fantastic pool. The room was large and clean. Breakfast was provided in the hotel restaurant and was good, with a number of choices. We were planning on walking in the large park next door, but in the end just spent all our time in the pool as it was so nice.

the hotel room was very spacious for the price you pay.The restaurant has food at a reasonable price for a hotel. There is a very large swimming pool and also one for the kids. All the staff where very friendly and welcoming

Room is clean and big enough for 2 persons. Location is in the city. easy to travel around the city. Near a big Public Park. Hotel provides many parking lots. Big swimming pool. You can enjoy swimming there. Many restaurants are near by. you can walk there or take a taxi.
I did a call to reception but nobody picked up the phone. Shower room is old and need to be renovated

Nice view and lots of car park.
I and my family always stay here when we visit Phitsanulok but this time we had a problem. Due to we booked 2 adults with 1 kids included BF, but the reception provided only 2 coupons and said that we need to pay extra cost of BF for our kids even we told her that it should to include kid’s’ BF too. Lucky that the manager can make a decision and solve problem. Another thing, TV is unclear.
