Family pool suite - the possibility with the many sliding doors and curtain for kid-room for more privacy or change is very good. The little pool is nice for kids (so for adults too small). Our daughter enjoyed the bunk bed very much - cool for kids. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and pool area were clean. The pool area with the little cabanas was adding to a relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The car-parking in the building right next to the hotel was spacious and easy to access. Modern style of the hotel.

The pool is at the same level as the chairs facing the beach - unfortunately this limits the direct sea view a bit (architect missed a point there) - else the pool areas is cool, nice, clean and relaxing. The breakfast was good, choice between Western and Asian food good, quality was ok but not overwhelming.

I like the swimming pool although I didn’t use it, but it was a nice decoration for photos shoot :)

The poster in the elevator of JETTY bar is not updated, we were looking for this bar, cause from the poster it shows open from 5am - midnight but at the end realized it’s been closed… which is quite speechless😅

The resort is beautiful. The poo was so beautiful, clean and relaxing. Best view at the sunrise and sunset is at the sea sky (roof top). Room is big especially the bathroom.

Breakfast was a bit expensive. The location is far from city and other attractions Hotel could offer a free drop off to key areas like walking street.

The swimming is awesome!! Room service is closed at 10:30PM. The spa in hotel is nice.

The air conditioner is too cold.because the bad is under the air conditioner vent,the air outlet can’t be selected.

Really great balcony, with excellent views both on it and from it, and the car parking was large and well positioned. Excellent staff - very flexible, including with housekeeping throughout the day. Very large, very comfortable beds.

The rooftop bar seemed very nice, but closed very early (as did most of the facilities) which was a shame!

The staff co-operation was not that good. My luggage was supposed to be in room at 16.50 hour but it was delayed delivering at 17.20 which almost caused me missing sunset dinner! However, the manager(on duty) handled my complaint quite good.

Absolutely picturesque. Newly furbished and maintained so everything is spotless and in good working condition. Amazing food bith Thai and Western (we had cobb salad, club sandwich, chicken cashew, even basic fried rice was delicious). Reasonably priced drinks, my bill is usually way more expensive for the amount I put away... happy hour cocktails had a great selection too which helps keep the price down. Would have been nice to see a wider selection of refined spirits though, like quality whiskey and specialist liqueurs such as Chambord for say a Bramble cocktail etc. Can't fault the staff at all, very helpful all the time and very nice atmosphere. They allowed us to switch to the corner room which became available which came with a beautiful view of the pool and sea.

The only thing that wasn't up to the otherwise excellent standard was the eggs benedict at breakfast. Surprising considering the other food we tried was delicious! To be specific, the bernaisse sauce had far too much citrus and wasn't torched to finish. The muffin substitute it was served on was not high quality. I think the chef just needs to learn how it is supposed to be and I'm sure they could pull it off.

Room: It was a good size for a family of 3. The bed is nice, comfy and big. Breakfast has a good variety of choices and it was enjoyable Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the pool very much.

Room was comfortable and quite clean. Buffet breakfast was ok too with wide variety of food.

The bottom of the in-room pool was filled with sand. They should have cleaned it better.

Beautiful place, sea view, nice rooftop restaurant. Close to the beach. Skoop ice cream shop is cute. Lot of space for parking.

The facilities are quite limited if have too many guests such as restaurant rooftop or breakfast restaurant.
