Centrally located in town, accessible to all directions. We loved the comfort of the bed, room is clean. Staff super helpful. Great to have choice of breakfast menu. We'd love to be back on our next trip to CM!

Feedbacks - The G floor of lift should be cordoned off so guests don't get a shock when the lift door opens to a dark storage space. Lift doors & surfaces to be cleaned & polished carefully. Room bath area need towel hangers. Glass separating the bedroom & bath need safety sticker as can walk through the glass unknowingly. Otherwise, all great!

We love the design and the atmosphere! Room is comfortable and well equipped. The art gallery at the hotel lobby is really touched. Front Desk/Bellman services was up to the standards- Big hands to Khun Ton for his excellent services.

The water pressure need to be upgraded, based on the rate we paid we expected to have a stronger water pressure and consistent of the hot shower. Housekeeping staff forgot to clear the garbage on the first day and not replaced the bathrobe on the second day. The sheets (Blanket) was stinky smell on the first day but believed they have changed on the 3rd days. All are fine for us as we spent most of the time for sightseeing however those may affected to others guests who has more expectations.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay here. The hotel has beautiful modern decor and a nice pool. It is in a quieter area which was a nice break from the busier parts of the city. This did make transportation a little bit tricker but wasn’t really issue. It was a very short ride to nearby restaurants- less than 100 bht and about a 15 min Grab to Old City. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Since it’s a smaller hotel and our stay was at a slower time of year, it was very nice to get to know some of the staff a little. The bar tenders went above and beyond making us incredible drinks. Many taxi drivers were much more familiar with the location if we told them Khun Phucome Hotel, which is right next to SYN.

SYN Boutique Hotel is fabulously wonderful! I am still shocked by how they exceeded all my expectations. This is truly the best price-value hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s gorgeous, clean, amazing and professional staff and the customer service is really 5-star. They await you with an insanely good passion fruit welcome drink, disinfect your phone, you can check in anytime, they have an art gallery, and everything is just so luxurious and high-end. Everything. The room - just wow. It could easily compete with all the big 5-star brands. Even the toilet is electric and high-tech and the minibar usage is free. Also, you can just sense that the owner paid so much attention to detail and has a fantastic taste. Loved it all and I highly recommend this place.

The only thing they could improve is add at least one vegan food option on the menu and lower the bass in the outdoor pool area. The bass of the speaker is very bad - you can feel the “boom” in your body and it’s hard to relax at the pool this way. Just a bit unnecessarily loud and disturbing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful accommodation and I cannot speak highly enough about my experience, from the moment I arrived I knew I was in for a treat. This place truly exceeded all my expectations, offering a perfect heaven of comfort and relaxation. First and foremost the accommodation itself was impeccable. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. The attention of detail was evident in every corner, from the plush building to the carefully chosen furniture. It felt like a home away from home, provided A cosy and inviting atmosphere that was ideal for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

One of the lights keep on turning off, this was fixed immediately so it was a big deal. The staff were very attentive and were responsive to my request.

It’s a beautiful boutique hotel. Perhaps one of the nicest boutique hotels we’ve stayed at. We were greeted by friendly staff, given welcome drinks and managed to check-in slightly earlier. Our room was spacious and clean and we loved the Japanese smart toilet. There’s a coffee machine in the room plus a kettle, tea & sugar sachets as well. Breakfast was simple, we had vegetarian mostly but there are non-vegetarian options too. You could order eggs and fresh juices and please try the hot Thai tea, it was yummy. The location of the hotel allows you to explore Nimman neighbourhood on foot. It’s approx a 10-15 minute walk to MAYA mall and One Nimman is not too far either. It’s about 20 minutes car ride to Old City with normal traffic.

- Good location in close distance to the city center (10-15min by foot; less by car depending on traffic) - Very friendly and helpful staff (Welcome Drinks, hiring of taxi/drivers or tour bookings etc.) - Room was clean and spacious; Mini-bar with few soft drinks for free; two bottles of water per day for free - Great design of Lobby/Bar area, interesting local art collection and nice pool - Comprehensive breakfast offering (warm/cold dishes and variety of beverages)

- Not many supermarkets or restaurants nearby the hotel - On few occasions per day plane noise noticable (personally did not feel disturbed)

SYN Boutique Hotel was really great and we liked everything about it: spacious room, huuuuge bed & fresh bed sheets, comfortable bathroom. The staff was very helpful and polite both: while check-in/check out and providing room service. We were also pleased with strong WiFi connection, nice breakfasts and beautiful pool area. The hotel located a bit far from Old Town, by we like to walk around, exploring Chiang Mai, so it wasn't a problem.

Everything is great! 👍 Room is spacious and clean, also nice to have a pool view. The staffs can speak good English! They were very helpful when I had some issues using Grab taxi. Breakfast is in good varieties.

A little away from One Nimman, but that’s totally fine to us. If you go by taxi, only five minutes away.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a good atmosphere. The bed is very comfy. Lovely staffs with service mind. Breakfast is very good. Above all, check-in and check-out times are very flexible.

Actually, things I don't like aren't a big deal. Parking in front of the hotel is a bit less. There is additional parking under the building but quite dark at night. Another thing, the water in the bathroom drains slowly. Maybe, it's because the water in the shower is strong.
