Furama Chiang Mai

I loved the breakfast. Very good food and perfect service. The staff was great all the time and I appreciated the location. Everything was pretty close.

The hotel gym is pretty poor. But good luck there is a professional gym on the other side of the building.

Lovely big lobby, good breakfast buffet at only 150 baht per pax, the concierge staff were always helpful and friendly!! Spacious room (400 sq.ft+), courteous housekeeping. We stayed in inner city too long and decided to check out this more modern pocket of Chiangmai, hung out at Maya a lot (2 amazing food courts!!), best decision. 10-min tuktuk or Songtao to inner city, or 30-min walk, great exercise ;)

Room was a bit dark, recommend property to add standing or desk lamps. the wifi was ok but not consistent (we ended up using mobile data for work), also logged us out everyday.

The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. The bed and the room size are unbeatable. The staff is helpful in every situation and the location is in the middle of all the excitements.

The shower wasn't warm, but that's not a big thing.

I like the room and the furniture but the best part is my room have jacuzzi I didn't realized until I hit the button!

The door battery was run out and I'm stuck in front of the room, it will be great if there are a phone around the elevator so I can call instead of going back and forth to let the front desk know

We took the suite. Everything from room to view met our expectations. The pool was smaller, but the view from 17th floor was nice to compensate. Maya mall is just opposite on main road. There is a Thai massage parlor opposite to Furama. The road beside is filled with eateries and joints (Nimman area.)

Breakfast was very lame, we tried one day only. Foods were cold, not up to mark. In the old city area there are a lot of food options. Everything else was just nice.

We have been to this hotel several times and have always found it very comfortable, although on this occasion we had a problem with not being able to use the safe and we were also disappointed with the facilities in the bathroom.

We loved our stay at Furama Chiang Mai, our room was huge and had everything we needed, also huge bathroom, shower was good, also we had an amazing view from our room! The location was also amazing, only few minutes away from One Nimman shopping mall, that looks like European Square and has a lot of great restaurants and shops. That have a beautiful rooftop with a pool, and also a rooftop restaurant with daily live music! And at the lobby thay sell delicious cakes and coffee! We are very satisfied with our stay and would gladly come back!

The location is great! Nimman street and Maya shopping mall are within the walking distance. However the hotel is connected to the condominium and it was kind of confusing when we were looking for the way out. Our room were huge and aircon was nice and cold. There was no fork nor spoon available in the room but we called room service and they brought us a pair. No microwave but you can also call room service and they would heat up food for you. Staffs were amazing, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Chiang Mai.

The floor around the Swimming pool is a little old and need some touch up. The carpark is dark and overcrowded.

The view from the room and the swimming pool is one of the best in Chiang Mai, the delux room is very nice for the price.

Closing the pool at 7 makes no sense just because the restaurant is opening. The restaurant is not even visible from the pool. After a day of sightseeing it would have been nice to go for a swim. Also there is no power points beside the bed.

There was no washing machine ... and there was a cooker . But they didn't provide anything to cook with. . And they said that I shouldn't cook
