- Room temperature unable to adjust, it was extremely cold the first night i stayed - Breakfast need more variety, but they taste good! - The Sulphur smell in the room is extremely strong when using the hotspring, the toilet needs better ventilation - King bed is actually 2 single beds pushed together, a little uncomfortable as sometimes a gap will appear between

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the Xin Bei Tou Station. It has many food and convenience stores just nearby (McDonald's, KFC, Yoshinoya/ Watson's, Carrefour, 7-11, Family Mart). The hotel staffs' service is excellent. The room has a hotspring tub with hot spring water piped in, so you don't have to go out to the public hotsprings to enjoy a soak in their famed hot spring water. They also have an in-house spa massage outlet on the 2nd floor and you need to make a booking for it beforehand (pricing depends on the type and length of session - available on their website). All in all a wonderful stay!!

Great location near train station and public transport. Super easy to locate taking MRT from Taipei to Beitou. A lot food choices around. My family enjoyed round the corner 葱油饼 store so much that they ate non stop. The attached room hot spring is so relaxing. Like the king size bed and the tatami tea table for friends and family to gather in the room.

The slight smell but suppose cannot be help as it is from the hot spring water. The decor is nice but with a little maintenance will make it better. Basically it is a value for money hotspring hotel

I loved the public bath, the incredibly spacious room, the private bath area with the spring water fed faucet, and the view. It's reminiscent of 1990's styled resorts without feeling outdated. It's a bargain and a good balance of quiet, luxurious, and calm. I have been to most hotels in the area but I find myself coming back to this location.

The facilities have seen better days but it would still beat virtually every spa resort hotel in America under $150 USD a night.

The staff at the front lobby door 陈先生 （Ivan) was very helpful and nice, he went out of his way to make our stay excellent by helping out with my elderly father and making toys to give to the children. Thank you very much! Great hotel with nearby walkable access to many dining options and shopping. Clean and modern rooms. We will stay here again if visiting Beitou.

Good location, 3min walk from xinbeitou MRT station, comfortable room facilities & have public hotspring. Close to many ramen shops and convenient shops. Walking distance to many tourist attractions.

Was told that the public hotspring is under maintenance every Thursday. Fortunately, I arrive at the hotel on Wed. A note to other tourists if they are only planning to stay 1 night.

The hot spring bath in the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the spa at the hotel as well. A hot spring and a massage was very relaxing after a long flight. It is not the most fancy hotel but the room and facilities were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The staff is friendly, the room is clean & tidy, and it is near to subway - XinBeiTou Station. there are lots of restaurant & shops, tourist spot nearby. The private hot spring tub is amazing!

The hotel breakfast is kinda lack of choices to me… and it is only available on 7-10am.
