Smooth late check-in on a Sunday night which was very much appreciated. Friendly staff, solid breakfast included but a shame that it didn't have fresh juices. Very quiet room and got a great night's sleep
* No irons or ironing boards in rooms. You have to go down to the basement in order to get access to a small room which is the laundry room * Layout of the hotel is a bit confusing

I really loved the room. It was very specious, with a very nice view, the bathroom was big as well, the shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee, very comfortable bed. The next time I go to Zug, it definitely will be this hotel!
The breakfast was good, but there was a menu where you can order some options and it was disappointing that they are not included in price. I already paid for breakfast and didn't want to pay again for these additional options

Close to the train station, good breakfast
The hotel is quite old and is currently under going renovation. The shower was broken, there was only one towel for two people and also the duvet cover was not big enough for two people. When I went to the reception to inform them about the shower and ask for another towel, nobody was there.

The breakfast was excellent, and the settings for the breakfast, both the indoor setting and the patio, were exceptional. In particular, I would like to note the extraordinary service provided by Front Office Manager Henning Bieg who made our stay at both the City Garden Hotel and the ParkHotel Zug a most enjoyable experience.
Having an additional mirror in the room would be welcomed. At present, the door to the bathroom must be closed to allow access to the mirror.

We stayed 2 nights in hotel. Location is center of the Zug. Hotel was very clean, comfortable. Breakfast was the best. They accept bitcoin. Its expensive but here is Switzerland and everything is pricey if you are from abroad.

I stayed there the second time and will stay there again, next time I travel to Zug. The rooms are specious, the location is very convenient and quiet, breakfast is really good!

The hotel staff are educated and genuinely nice which reflects pearly on the hotels Manager who is an example of how a hotel manager should be. Service and attitude you expect in a 7* hotel.
The doors to the communal smoking balconies didn’t close after the guest meaning the communal areas stank of smoke whilst guests used the smoking balconies.
