Room clean and tidy, pre-arranged contactless worked well.
Access up flights of stairs (not advertised) without lift. Room was tiny, especially for the price. More expensive than Hotel Rochet Basel, where we had a very large, very nice room for less cost. Being contactless means totally impersonal. Helpfull to include instructions how to get there from train station and to provide the free-transport card prior to reaching the Guesthouse so can be used on arrival.

The rooms are reasonable clean and free coffee and small snacks. Bathroom is nicely done up and shower works well
Checking in using the key code was a challenge. It would help if they simply provide a room number for the key box instead of a name of the room. Fortunately someone was there to help otherwise i will have to key in the same code for all the 7 key boxes. The table provided was a 2x2 feet table which you can hardly put anything on it. No chair was provided, Location is a bit away from the town center so a good 12-15 mins walk is necessary to get there.
