Max. 10min. away from the train station, very quiet & calm location, great to relax. Alao staff members were very friendly & helpful. I liked their tune in every email they sent & I felt warmly welcomed by the personnel at the reception. The hotel & room design was amazing!

I thought the bed wasn't quite as comfortable as expected. The mattress was really stiff & only 2 small pillows & a small blanket were given. I travelled alone so it was okay but for 2 people, this wouldn't have been enough.

This hotel had excellent facilities for cyclists. A secure and spacious room, tools, pump, charging possibilities and many cycling brochures and maps of the area! It was also very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, and a great location for those cycling the Bodensee route

Had the most expensive double espresso I’ve had in Switzerland.

I have been cycling around the Constance Lake. Hotel offered us the secured room for safe bicycles storage and washing service. Besides - the room furnishings, as well as the hotel's public space have a very good standard. If one is looking for good quality for a moderate price - this hotel is very good choice.

The hotel is located perfectly to accommodate for regional travel and connection to Zurich Airport. They provide for all necessary amenities within a 5 minute walk from the station. Special thanks to Ms. Weber and her team for accomodating my requests. They really understand what customer service is and went the extra mile to help me.

Reception lady spoke Italian and was very friendly. The style of the hotel was particular nice.

Breakfast staff was friendly and smiles always which is very important. The only thing is that they didn’t know how to make a decaff coffee, at the end they prepared it for us but was like drinking water. The breakfast very good though.

It is a nice new designer hotel not far from a train stations, with friendly and helpful staff. A nice walk and bike path start nearby.

Sliding door is not really stopping all noises from toilet- and all sockets are only for Swiss plugs which is ridiculous given that most of guests arrive with European plugs.

There was no complementary parking, and the paid one is far when you consider you have to carry stuff to the hotel from your car.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family. The staff at the hotel were welcoming and very helpful. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It was just opposite the mineral Spa and very close to the station.

When we had the windows open it was quite noisy and you could hear the station, cars, people on the road.

Minor thing but room was too warm. Could not cool it. Looks like heating and airco are controlled centrally.
