The family room set up was great. The kids room has a sliding door and it’s own bathroom for privacy. There was no fridge but we put our beverages on the porch so no issue. They had a nice breakfast and the spa was lovely (except the hot tub wasn’t very hot but that seems to be a Swiss thing). The ski storage room near the lifts was a nice perk. We brought our border collies and the dog fee was very reasonable and they had plenty of room.
To get to our room from the main hotel we had to walk through and unfinished basement. Not a big deal though and there were multiple entrances to our building anyway. I wish they ran a shuttle more frequently to the lift but it was a short enough walk.

I had low expectations given the price compared to the hotels around, but they were clearly surpassed. The breakfast was pretty good, the small spa was fantastic for its size, and I got a free upgrade to a better room (I guess due to low occupancy). The room was small as expected, but cozy and more than enough for the time spent there.
The Saastal card, that you automatically get during your stay, grants you a big discount on the ski pass. It would be nice that during check-in this info is more emphasized

Great breakfast. Great spa. Kids were allowed to use the spa. We had a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ski lifts are not very close, but the ski equipment can be left in the lockers closer to the slopes.
