The staff was really nice and helped us with everything. The rooms were cosy and the beds were pretty comfortable, even the rollaway bed, which was surprisingly good. The breakfast was nice.

Although the room service was going to come after the end of our stay (which was stated in the bathroom), it would be nice to have bigger trash can, or some place to get rid of the trash.

Despite the surroundings it wasn't noisy in the room and the beds were comfortable. My friend and I had to check in after their reception times and we have received a detailed description of the self check in process. Parking is free and it is only 10min drive into Uppsala. The shared bathrooms have separate cabins for showers and are very clean. We've had breakfast in their restaurant and I was intrigued by the variety of lactose free, vegan milk options and they took care of offering gluten free Knäckebröd and Müsli. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is close to the highway in a rather industrial area. It was a very spontaneous booking and one of the cheaper ones to find.

I liked that the breakfast was good and the willingness of the staff to help at any of my questions and to help with keeping the luggage more so that I could do my jobs in the centre and come later to take them. I also liked how clean the toilets were.

I didn't like the fact that the rooms were very small, but it seems that this is the rule in this country. Apart from that, the fact that toilets are shared are an issue but the people were few, so they usually were empty

Centralised bathrooms were spacious and never in overuse. Good showers. Breakfast excellent, although sometimes crowded with most of the guests participating in the same event that week. Wifi top notch. Room fine for single guest.

Although a double bed, in my budget room there was only one side to access it. Really only a single room size for any stay for more than one night.

There were tasty breakfast, the staff are polite, there are convenient process to get in your apartment if you arrive later. Clean in the room.

When I was looking a room for 4 persons , 2 adults and 2 grown up children, this was offered to me. But there wasn't additional bed, there were only 3 beds, and there weren't enough space to lay, the bed wasn't enough wide . It was extremely inconvenient and I had a backache.

The ventilation gives off a "white noise" similar to the one I use to sleep better. But in this case, for some reason I slept better in this room than I have anywhere, for a very long time. A room without a window is also very good for me, because it becomes completely dark. The shared showers are hardly a problem since they are very clean.

There were no cups/glasses to drink from, in the room or the bath room. The breakfast felt fresh but was very sparse.

the room without window had also no air condition or something to give air exchange. there was only one lady who had to do the check out and take care of the breakfast for around 30people therefore the breakfast was not fully filled with everything

Clean and with good amenities. breakfast was fantastic! Convenient with two types of restaurants available. Close to shopping and entertainment.

Was too hot in the room, sunny side and no way to cool down the room. Other wise is good. I would say too expencive for a room without private bathroom.

Good breakfast. It is located in an area with a lot of shops and it has free parking. Very friendly staff.

We selected the room without window and I must say it was a bit claustrophobic. It is not in a walking distance to the city center.
