Best Western Hotel Arctic Eden

Location is great, free parking just outside. Room looked nice and clean, good size for 3 adults and 1 child. The most amazing thai restaurant is in the building next door (same parking lot) where we got take out. Best thai food ever! Breakfast was really good, had all kinds of foods, both warm and cold. Even had a bunch of vegan stuff and oat milk and soy yogurt, yey! We noticed they had pool area and a trampoline but never got a chance to use these. Maybe next time!

The shower leaked onto the floor quite a bit. Didnt really bother us that much though. Wish the double bed was a bit wider so our son could fit between us more easily.

The property was cozy and comfortable. The bus station is about a 15 minute walk from the property. There is a Thai food place right outside the hotel and an ICA just a few yards away. The staff was extremely good and allowed us to check in early . The rooms were clean and big enough for our family of 4. In all, super happy with our stay .

Breakfast is awesome Don’t miss this one Staff are super kind and helpful. I was overcharged for the first night but they rectified immediately. The family room is great but we didn’t get this on our second night which was a shame. They are updoing the hotel at present so expect dust and debris. The pool is cold! You won’t spend long there and the code is a pain to unlock the door- you might give up The beds a super comfortable. A shame our Netflix didn’t work in second room

Second room, not what we booked, no tv for Netflix like first room. Shower aspects not working and bathroom tap loose. Couldn’t be bothered to complain but would have been nice to get same room as first night which was much better. Clearer notices and advanced information or restaurant would be better

Good breakfast. Clean room. Friendly staff. Got swimming pool and sauna place even though I didn’t get chance to try it out.

Room heater is not really strong. It has pool table in the hotel but with an extra charge of 100 kr per hour though. Distance from bus stop can be a bit headache if you are dragging a big luggage during winter, like what I did. Hotel room costs a bit higher in Kiruna than other places in Sweden btw.

It was quiet. The breakfast was good. It had a good range of options (also gluten-free and vegan), although not as wide a range as you could imagine.

The amenities were overall not of the high quality I expected. Mainly the Gym. Breakfast and Dinner time was shorter than told at Check-In. Better check the signs throughout the hotel yourself.

Friendly and helpful stuff, who sometimes gives you good advices even before you ask. Good breakfast with variety of choices. Sauna and gym included into the price. We will be happy to go back there and stay at this hotel again the next time.

Everything was very good. Just a small correction: it is a 3-star hotel (it says on its building and i asked the stuff) not 4-star.

Location was great. The bus from/to the airport has a stop very close to the hotel. There's a nice little bar inside the hotel. Breakfast was good; a bit small, though, so it got crowded at times but not too bad.

I was hoping to find some tourist information, activities or tours to do but there didn't seem to be any info about but I didn't ask about it either.

The room was big enough for 2 people. Nice bathroom with heated floor. Breakfast abundant and tasty. Good position in the city.

I think the stuff could use some expert guidance. Or more people. Everyone is friendly and nice, but there is a lack of efficiency. Sometimes they are slow to take your orders at the bar/restaurant, they forgot to turn on the sauna, we waited 5 mins at the reception for the checkin because no one was there.

No signage in common areas to make guests aware to be quiet. I was woken up at 1am by a large group of guests just outside my room. The hotel is also in the old part of Kiruna so there is not much within walking distance.

there seems to be only one door to get into the building and it is at the very far end of the parking lot. So we parked near our room, walked across the parking lot to go inside, then walked the same distance back to our room. Also not clear how that would work in an emergency.
