The Vault Hotel is a beautiful gem! There are so many original features, including the glorious glass ceiling in the reception/bar area. The contemporary decor echoes and compliments the building. Upon arrival, we were told we had been upgraded to a larger room which was a pleasant surprise. The room was beautiful and clean, and we slept well every night. Our stay was on a bed and breakfast basis, and we were very impressed with the quality, presentation, and variety of food options on offer. Finally, but not lastly, the staff at the hotel were quite simply faultless. Friendly, helpful, professional When we are back in Helsingborg, we will very definitely be staying at The Vault again

Nice staff overall! “Cool” reception, with a bar vibe. Nice room and comfy bed, even though my wife thought it “too soft”, ie when I moved she noticed on her side of the bed as well. Great service, we had to leave real early for the ferry and they made us nice sandwiches and we could fill our thermos with coffee (instead of enjoying the nice breakfast).

The only thing I can think of is that parking is difficult around this central location. But we were lucky and found a spot on the central square and this was free on a Sunday night, so all worked out for us!

Perfect 💗 in every possible way. Good ambience, great staff and a calm breakfast room with a good choice of food. The bar and lounge area are cool and many good restaurants are just a few steps away. The room was beautiful and we ended up staying here twice after having spent one night by the sea. The picture of the room is from our second stay in a corner room 212. It also is a walking distance to the ferries to Denmark (and a train or bus to Louisiana).

Nothing not to like. We really liked this bohemian Italian style- spirited hotel. After having spent one night at a sea view conference hotel near by (Vault was fully booked) we couldn't wait to get back to The Vault hotel.

The design of the room is so amazingly beautiful and cozy as well. I felt so difficult to leave the place. You can open the windows and have a view on the castle and flowers in bloom. The personal on the reception are genuinely kind.

it is little difficult to figure out the way to the elevator from the reception. i had to look for a couple of minutes going arount every time i came. maybe a sign could be of help?

Great staff, great location. Rooms had everything we needed Breakfast was very food. Extreme amo8nt of choice - and plenty of it Bar offering was go9d, nice choice of beer And cocktails

Minor quibble: my partner has good hearing and the air conditioning was just Lound enough to disturb her. Coffee machines in bar/ reception/ breakfast were out of action.

The Vault is one of the best hotels I stayed at. Their motto, (as I found out) is: "Welcome home!". The beds are SO comfortable, the staff SO friendly and the breakfast SO delicious. I usually prefer the comfort of my own home but having to travel now and then I was truly surprised over the fact that I DID feel at home in this wonderful establishment. Many thanks to the staff at the Vault for a great stay for my entire family!

Sincerely cannot think of a single thing (despite being a pretty picky guest:). If there's was anything to comment on it would be vastly outshined by the incredibly helpful and considerate attitude of the staff. In the end it what matters most in my opinion.

the decor

The noise from the party when we were checking in. The music was up ridiculously loud. we couldn’t even here the lady checking in and she was rather grumpy. She didn’t even mention what time breakfast was. Also the room was next to the street opposite the night club. luckily I had ear plugs to block out the noise. next time we will request a room away from the night club street.

Great renovation and really characterful. Good value for such a boutique like place. Room was very comfortable, and loved ability to connect to built in Chromecast. Staff was very nice, and managed to accommodate our touring bicycles safely in the luggage room. Location is perfect to everything.

Not much. Better coverage of the curtains, especially on the top of the windows would be an improvement to keep streetlight and early Scandinavian sunrise light out of the room.

Loction, atmosphere, fantastic breakfast

Double room was OK for single occupancy but would be small for 2 persons, bathroom and shower not really comfortable too. Rooms with internal view has little privacy, only with curtain closed actually. No parking option available, bed mattress too soft for me. Synthetic carpet in the room is no longer acceptable in my opinion, at least not in a 4 stars hotel

The breakfast was amazing! Staff always replenished and everything was fresh. Lot of options for even the pickiest eater. This is my second time at the hotel, and when ever I am in Helsingborg, this is the ONLY place I will ever stay!
