the staff gave the impression that they were not happy in their job. we have stayed there three times so far and each time have been told by the staff on reception that it is not necessary to book a table for evening meal and breakfast. when we got to the dining room they tell us we have not booked and cannot get food. staff upstairs don’t seem to tell downstairs what is going on and visa Versa we went for drinks at the bar only for the man on reception to phone someone downstairs serving a large party with food to come to the bar to serve us

The hotel staff contacted us before hand to give directions as there was building work close by on an access road. There was secure parking at the hotel for 8 euros which was great as the nearby roads were full. The city is lovely and very traditionally Spanish, there was some sort of celebrations going on and there was a number of older ladies doing traditional lace making. Amazing to watch and mind blowing as to how they remember what goes where! There are a couple of tapas/bars close by or you can walk 10 minutes or so into the centre and find anything you want. Staff were great as were the facilities, would definitely stay again.

The staff, especially in reception were really friendly and efficient. Also, one of the ladies in the cafeteria, the youngest one I would say, had lovely manners, and was very helpful and acommodating with all customers. She was very profesional when dealing with people, and provided very fast service too.
The bathroom was functional and clean but needs a bit of renovation.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the city centre ( less than 10 mins walk )It’s in a great neighbourhood. ( very safe ) Plenty of free parking around. ( might have to drive around the block a couple of times) The friendly welcome from the staff at the hotel made our stay even more pleasing. The neighbourhood is quiet, so a good nights sleep was had. Room was very comfortable; bed was comfortable and great shower. We sampled their lunch time menu, and would recommend it. We are so pleased to have chosen The Isabel, and would recommend it for a stay when visiting Teruel.
There was nothing to dislike.

value for money spent for breakfast and dinner: both were great considering the price. Tasty and big. also, the rooms are clean, the furniture looks fine
this is not a (moto)biker friendly place: I had to insist for a place in the parking, although there were a lot of places to park a moto without using a car parking space. Additionally, a full car parking place was billed even after putting the bike next to a wall, not using a car parking place.

The restaurant had great staff, but they were let down by 'average quality' food, and although it was served promptly, and was a fair price, it could have been so much better. Breakfast was limited in choice, both juice dispensers were empty, and the two coffee machines were very slow, and not very hot either!

Room was big and comfortable. Helpfulness after the stay was exceptional. I had left a pair of sandals in the room. They found them and were able to box them up for DHL to collect and return to me in England.
There was a lack of information about restaurants. It took us a while to realise that the pool café served meals and snacks in the evenings.

A really great place to stay in Teruel.Friendly,helpful staff..good location an easy walk to the centre.Secure parking.Great breakfast in house or you can pop out to Graniers nearby. The bedrooms are very comfortable,clean,good en suite and quiet.

It's a "functional hotel", a little dated, but we had an absolute first class stay there. Welcoming staff, a large room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection and great coffee. Secure parking (at an extra cost) which with expensive bikes on the back of the car was very welcome
