Perfect location with sights and restaurants at your doorstep. Views from the apartment and the rooftop are beautiful. The apartment itself was perfect for our group, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a good sized living room and a well functioning kitchen. Beds are comfortable and we got the overall feeling that attention had been given to the smaller details like enough electric sockets, beer, juice and water in the fridge. All contact is digital and the staff was very helpful and quick to answer emails.

You do have everything at your doorstep in a lively area, so expect noise until around (and sometimes after) midnight. It was not a problem for us, and you will find earplugs in the rooms.

It can't get any better than this. Perfect location, in the heart of the city and everything just a footstep away. Terrace with a pool and ample sitting area overlooking Seville cathedral. Great property built around an indoor patio, renovated to a high standard. Elevator in the property and provision for the disabled both in common areas as well as inside the apartment. Good sized apartments. Comfortable beds. Good wifi. Quality towels. A welcome pack consisting of 2 bottles of water, chips and other things too to get you going. Quality coffee machine and pods Simple and straightforward check in and check out process. Availability of the property management through whatsapp should any questions arise. Terrace open up to 22:00 in the evening.

Just minor things Wifi weak signal at the terrace. Water could use a bit more pressure.

We liked a lot about this apartment. It’s location is excellent. It was spotlessly clean, it looked as it does on the booking site, it was exactly what it said it was! The breakfast was small but very good. They have a second breakfast tradition here anyway so, that was all we needed! The products for showering were so good, I actually put an order in online while we waited to board the plane home! The roof terrace was a great feature! The view over to the Cathedral was just beautiful. We felt very lucky to have got somewhere this good for such a great price. Will be recommending to anyone travelling to Sevilla

We liked everything!

Spacious, clean and well equipped apartment for family. Excellent air conditioning system. The rooftop of the building offers a wonderful view of the Catedral and Giralda. I recommend to take the opportunity to enjoy the sundown there with a some wine, beer and tapas! We were very well received, with clear instructions from the host. The location couldn’t be better, just around the catedral and Alcazar.

Not that I didn’t like but I think that what we pay for the breakfast is not worth it. You can buy your breakfast at supermarket or have it at the many places just around the building

The building is right in the center of the city, and everything important to visit is within walking distance. Actually one could see very well the cathedral from the rooftop. We were really happy with the digitalized check-in and check-out and access to the building and the apartment. When we arrived there were some food and drinks as a gift which was a nice detail and we also enjoyed the fact that we could get new supplies anytime. Having a bathroom for each room made things so much easier and faster :D The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen tools, dishes, tea, coffee, etc. You could set the temperature differently in each room. Also, the fact that we could still have access to the building and the luggage lockers until 8 PM was really helpful.

The only thing that was not that positive was the water heating system, as it took a while to manage the right temperature and also it was not possible for two people to have hot water at the same time. But it was not something to lower our spirits, we managed a schedule.

Unbeatable location in the center of Sevilla. Lovely flats with comfortable facilities. Nice rooftop with lovely views. Breakfast was a nice touch.

The first flat we were given had one bedroom with a sofa-bed. This had not been specified in the listing and did not fit our group. After our request they were able to give us a different flat which was perfect. Overall we had a great experience with the helpful staff but would definitely recommend checking in advance the type of the flat if you have soeciam requirements.

We arrived a little early but, our room was ready. It was a lovely cool respite from the heat. The accommodation is well situated close to the main sites of Seville. It is close to local bars but we were not disturbed by noise in any way. It is perfect for families. Spacious and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but had we stayed longer, we would have had all the amenities we needed. Also worth mentioning is the cleanliness. Our apartment was spotless. Being all white, any dirt would have shown up. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were powerful. Everything felt good quality too. Highly recommended.

That we didn't have more time there. We didn't have time to make use of the roof terrace or pool. They looked lovely though.

These apartments are in an amazing location - two minutes from Seville Cathedral and the Royal Palace. and Santa Cruz area. The views from the roof top terrace of the cathdral and giralda tower could not be better or more impressive, the cathdral bells are lovely and can be heard from the apartment The apartments were completely spotless , spacious, high ceilings, and very well equipped. Despite the central location very quiet at night. Great air con. Capsule coffee and tea , orange juice, beer and water on arrival. Lovely big towels

It's very difficult to fault this place at all Two tiny suggestions - more sunloungers on the roof terrace ( as there were only two) Secondly, larger cups needed in the apartments as you can't have tea in an expresso cup.

We rented a 3 bedroom apartment, got one at the second floor, 22. The building has 3 floors each with 3-4 apartments. It had 3 big bathrooms and the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment was very large and clean. As other traelers mentioned, it did not have a street window. Most of the windows were towards the interior courtyard, 2 of the bedrooms had an outside window facing a wall. The advantage is that it was very quiet on a very busy street otherwise. I was told by the management that if you absolutely want a street window you need t request it at booking. If I had to chose again I would probably chose to not have street windows due to quietness. The location of this apartment is perfect, I cannot say enough about it, close to every landmark in Seville, close to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, shops. It is also in a very safe no vehicle area, the kids were roaming around like locals after 2 days. The management was very easy to contact and very responsive. We booked breakfast included but the location of the restaurant where we were supposed to get the breakfast was very inconvenient, 7 min walk they say but that was walking by approximately 100 other terraces/shops serving same kind of breakfast menu. Amazingly so, the property refunded the money we payed for the breakfast as we never use that facility. Unexpected and nice! We ate in the morning at the restaurant that is next door of the apartment building and it was very tasty and not expensive, Eventually we bought breakfast foods from the nearby supermarket and ate in the room for the convenience. The internet was fast to the kids delight.

there were no instructions on how to use the appliances in the kitchen specifically the washer/drier (we are not novices but it was really different). The roof pool was very very small, the size of a hot tub and the rooftop terrace was very plain . We did not use it but who would want to isolate up on the top of the building when there are so many fun places to be just outside of the apartment? Not really a minus.

The location was very good. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was completely equipped. The bedsheets and the towels were clean. Though it was really hot outside, when we entered the building the air so quite fresh and the rooms had A/c in perfect conditions.

The fact the we didn’t have where to park the car for free nearby and had to spend extra 20€/day. Even though we understand that because of the hot weather some insects may appear insecure the house, we had some bugs visiting and as I’m really afraid of cockroaches, this wasn’t easy to deal with. The swimming pool was perfect in the morning, but in the afternoon should be checked more often as the water needed maintenance.
