Location was really convenient - inside the shopping mall and metres from the Alcampo supermarket-department store. Great laundromat also about 300m away - in the mall. Bathroom was really clean and shower was strong and hot! Cleaning lady is really attentive to detail! Front reception staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! Thank you to Miriana and Juan especially for looking after me so well, and answering every question!!

The room itself and surrounds are VERY dated. The small size wasn't so much the problem (as I expected) - but the noise every time anyone shuts a door!! And when I shut the door, everything rattled LOUDLY above the doorframe into the ceiling. Aircon was a little rattly too and didn't seem to be operating consistently. Whenever anyone moved anything even slightly, you can hear it - which leads me to wonder why do they have such heavy wooden furniture? The view outside the window was into the mall, which was a different experience that kinda grew on me. The worst thing though was the lift. Too tiny and very old - and at peak times, guests are forced to wait for the lift to empty completely, or take the stairs with their luggage.

We needed a hotel with late check in for our flight arriving and this was our option. A funny little set up in a shopping centre but we liked it. There is a big supermarket below and cafes and shops inside. It's not central but we still walked in and out of the centre and there is a bus outside if you don't fancy the walk.. My son is vegan so breakfast didn't really work for us.

The staff are nice. The room is also good and clean, the ones that look onto the street have a really good view of a park. It's a couple of minutes walking from the bus station and 10 minutes by bus to the city center. The breakfast is also good.

No kettle or coffee in room. Could not adjust heating - was very hot at times and we had to open the window.

Old-old fashioned, like a luxury accommodation in 80s. The complex is giant and horrible: shopping mall at basement, 3 levels of private apartments (I suppose) and the upper 2 levels hotel - generating an extremely anxious and unpleasant feeling. Not coming back there.

I actually got to the place because of a last minute booking during the peak season in Santiago--it was like the only option. However, it ended up as a nice surprise. Quiet location, with one of the biggest shopping centers in the city just a few flights of stairs below (in the same building), and a nice park with a view of the cathedral nearby as well. Room was spacey for one person, modern and clean, and you had everything you needed really. And, if you wanted to go to the city center and knew your way, it actually wasn't that far (20-30 minutes).

I would say that the price was a bit too high considering the location, but it might have been only a seasonal thing, considering that everything else was booked out. The place also isn't particularly easy to find, unless you know it is inside this shopping center (which I didn't know).

Thirty minutes walk from the old city, I do not like to be in a wild place. Hotel inside a residential business complex, we could take advantage of bars, shops, bakery, deli and laundry station. There were also some playgrounds and entertainment for kids.

The lift was very small for busy hotel, the room was small and as it was a special holiday it was quite expensive

Lovely spacious rooms, tasty, plentiful breakfast, situated in an indoor shopping centre with an outdoor square to sit in and relax. Very friendly staff. We were made very welcome.very clean

Somewhere handy to hang towels would be useful. Over the bath is a bit inconvenient. I couldn't get the Aircon to work properly, but the lovely big windows opened to cool down the room.

Juan was very helpful. He knew about excellent customer service and he went above and beyond expectations. Great room, v comfortable. Good area, convenient shopping centre. Great family bar/restaurant across the road.
