Royal Tenerife Country Club

I loved everything but speciality the tranquility of the place. It’s not full of tourists wanting to get drunk etc! It’s really lovely! The beds were also very confortable! it was really like a home from home! The apartment was very well equipped and the staff was amazing!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool closed at 6! it would have been nice to be able to be there at least unlit 8.

Loved the staff who were sincerely eager to please. Resort felt quiet and we were able to enjoy the faculties without any kind of interruption. Accommodation really clean and self catering very well equipped. Excellent all round.

Didn’t use the two bars on site much. Both independently owned and felt unwelcoming, accommodation is a a bit far out but wasn’t an issue to us as we like walking. Taxis are quite cheap anyway.

The apartment was a very good size and well equipped, it seems that we received an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a bonus. The restaurant on site Club MED seems to have closed down which is such a shame as the cafe/bar in the middle of the pool needs huge improvement. Overall the resort is quiet and very relaxing, the best tip i can give is get to the pool early if you want a quiet swim as the only heated pool gets very popular with children.

The reception staff can come across rude on occasion and the cafe/bar in the middle of the pool isn’t very good.

The apartments we’re clean bc and spacious and the kitchen had a washing machine and dishwasher too. The pool activity has something for all ages, from my 70 year old mother to my 2 year old son. The kids loved the pools. There were 3 pools and a kids play area. There is a small convenient store close by, but very pricy! The supermarket (Lidl) was a short Taxi journey. Siam Park was a hit with the kids too. There is a spa and gym on sight for an additional €12 for all family, except for kids. You get a two hour slot which is plenty of time. Most importantly the staff are exceptionally friendly. I were oils nightly recommend a visit if you’re ok being close to the airport and seeing/hearing the aeroplanes like my 2 year old loved.

Our apartment had everything we need and we felt that they had taken care of everything. The rooms were well equipped. The location is great and easy to go anywhere. There is a mini supermarket in the facility as well, in case you need something. Staff is very nice and understanding.

Amazing place with everything you need. Very clean apartment and comfortable beds. We enjoyed heated swimming pool. The staff is lovely and soo helpful. Honestly the pictures don't show all its grace. We would love to come back here again.

There is nothing not to like. My only regret is I couldn't stay longer..

Under a flight path so quite noisy at times. Not easy to walk into nearest village/town I contacted them in advance via Booking.com to ask about a transfer from the airport. I got an automated email back via Booking.com saying I should contact the resort directly with all my details. So I emailed them directly with the required details. No reply. Then I got the same automated email via booking.com. Then again. Then again. Every couple of days I get this email, and it is nearly a week since I checked out!

Excellent value for money, was pleasantly surprised. Pretty to walk around the premises, cute little gardens. Reception staff lovely.

The balcony was very plain. A bit of colour or a plant would have been nice

Everything, great place to spend a vacation. Very clean, spacious, friendly staff. Market on site bonus, very well equiped. All in all, great facility !

Everthing was superb !

The resort is nice, clean , friendly, and all on a level access, making it easy for our wheelchair family member. Staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. Laura, Mila and Juan Jose are extremely helpful staff who go above and beyond their duties. The resort has 2 restaurants on site the pool bar and Cafe med, a small onsite supermarket, a hairdresser, and a beautician, plus a spa/ gym. Our apartment was apt 56 which is the best disabled friendly one on site with wide doors for wheelchair and fully accessible wet room. There is a pool hoist at the outdoor heated pool.

There is nothing bad to say about the resort, staff, or facilities, but it was our first time travelling in August. This was just too hot for us, but we could not complain as we had air conditioning throughout our 2-bedroom disabled apartment.
