Hotel Centre Reus

Following directions, the hotel itself was very easy to find. Central location with everything a short distance away, including both train and bus stops. We took the bus from Reus airport, with the hotel being an 8 min walk from the stop. The train station is an under 20 min walk by which you can take the train to Barcelona in under 2 hours. The receptionist was very accomodating, hotel room was superb, incredibly modern with great facilities. A great price for what you get. Room includes aircon, a TV, a mini fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine. All in all a great place, everything you want from a hotel

Nothing major, but having the coffee pods for the machine in the room already would be convenient instead of having to go down to reception

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms were good size. Having a small balcony overlooking the plaza was an added nice touch. Location was excellent, right next to one of the main squares.

My only issue is that I drove a rental car to Reus and nowhere on any of the booking sites did the hotel state that it was located in a pedestian-only zone and one cannot drive a private car to the hotel; it least not easily, I had to improvise and find a parking lot nearby and then take our luggage to the hotel, which was all a bit nerve-wracking. It would not have been a problem had I known in advance about this so that I could have planned my directions to a parking garage instead.

It was a very modern building and inside. As well as the outside it was a very relaxing and fantastic experience.

The only thing i would say it could improve would be the fact that i expected a new water bottle every time room cleaning was done but i guess it wasnt but not a thing i would really complain about.

location was great, right in the city centre and 20 min-walk from the university (as the conference I attended was held there). Staff was super nice and breakfast was good.

Internet connection was terrible, almost nonexistent. Had quite some trouble connecting to it. There were some noises during the night coming from the air conditioner machine despite it being off. Also, the emergency lights were too fluorescent

location. situated in the pedestrian area of the old city, easy walking to all the restaurants, main square and sites. staff. reception staff were friendly, helpful and professional. they found us car parking nearby at an amazingly low price for city centre. bedroom. wonderful comfortable bed.

The bathrooms are a little tired. Also the towels are now old and need renewing.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent.

The breakfast was ok, but slightly minimalist. However, the bread was fresh and the orange juice cold. You have to go outside to get to the breakfast room, which was fine as the sun was shining, but on a rainy day you would have to remember your umbrella!

Very friendly staff who gave us ideas of places to go and booked a taxi for us, and everything was spotlessly clean. Very spacious room and bathroom. Breakfast fairly basic but tasted good. It is served in a restaurant next door to the hotel.

Only thing is we had a sheet and not a duvet, which was a little cold even though the air con was off. Also coffee pods should be in the rooms, they were at reception 'to keep you safe'. Considering all other Covid restrictions are long gone this seems rather silly.

Very good location in the centre of town and nice and clean. Perfect for a hat we needed.

There were no coffee pods for the machine as you have to ask for them at reception. We arrived late so there was no one to ask and there was no one on reception until around 9 am. The lady on reception was very helpful when she arrived.

Comfortable, clean room in very central location. Although close to a church and a number of restaurants, it was amazingly quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast offered a good choice, very fresh.

Directly in the city center. Nice view on the curch. Nice and modern. Very clean and the personell did speak english very well. They were very nice. Availability of automatic self check in is very smart.

The wifi was not working for Apple Devices. To plan the trip through the city this was a bit unfortunate.
