Can Aulí Luxury Retreat - Adults Only

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Pollensa centre where there are lots of great restaurants, small shops and lovely windy streets. Hotel was quiet and relaxing. The pool area and sunbeds were great (although not many if the hotel was full). Great hairdryer (with nozzle and near a mirror) and straighteners were provided. Even the iron was amazing! Breakfast had lots of options and all freshly made. Great turn back service with small edible gift left each evening. Would highly recommend.

No UK TV which whilst not vital is nice to have when relaxing. Hotel room was very dark

This was the pinnacle of our Spain trip - Can Auli provided a top-notch experience that led to a very memorable and truly unique stay. We were especially amazed by the staff, all of them very friendly and obviously well trained and loving their job. We also loved the high quality of the rooms, the interior and layout of the hotel (e.g. small and warm lobby that felt like a living room) and the pool that got a lot of sun throughout the day. We were also truly impressed by the kitchen staff and the breakfast offering with the open kitchen that felt you would enter into someones home - the chef is very passionate and proud of what she does and you see the love they put into the dishes every day with a lot of variation every day! We certainly had one of our best hotel experiences with Can Auli!

This is a beautiful, contemporary and elegant property located a stone throw’s away from the town centre and local restaurants/sights. The staff provided outstanding service from arrival to departure. They provided us with excellent recommendations of local eateries and beaches to visit, and assisted us with making reservations. Our room was large and beautifully appointed. The bathroom window had a stunning view of the town and the bed was super comfortable. We loved all the small details during the stay, and the beautiful produce and selection at breakfast. There were pool towels available, as well as beach towels provided in totes for our day trips to the beach! Our stay was perfect, and I can’t recommend Can Auli highly enough.

Incredible design, attention to detail and local artwork. The staff were outstanding - warm and welcoming, yet professional. The welcome drink, overview of the town and room were a nice touch….very well or orchestrated with no overlap by the staff. One young woman, who had only been working there a couple weeks (from Granada….Anna?) was particularly helpful….knowledgeable about the town and Mallorca. She made special arrangements for us, including for a drink at a sister prooerty in Palma, which really made our stay special. breakfast was excellent! something for everyone. as someone who does not eat sweets I appreciated the savory options and fresh fruits.

This boutique hotel is as good as it gets, great location, amazing staff, farm fresh food, locally sourced wine, beautiful stylish rooms, superb breakfast and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Parking is just round the corner, and it is a little tricky to spot the hotel when driving (the signage is fairly discreet and the street it is on is narrow), but it is well worth the trouble.

It would have been better if we could have stayed for longer, there is nothing to complain about with this Hotel. We were there in March, so the season hadn't really started which meant the town was a little quiet. It is clear that cycling is a big deal in March, temperature is right and there are many great cycle paths and dedicated lanes for cyclists, my guess is most of the guests staying were big cyclists and not big drinkers so we must have seemed a little rowdy by comparison, but we were able to drink through our shame.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed and it's clear that every detail has been carefully considered. From the interior and pool area, food and drinks, to ceramics, toiletries, and linens we really appreciated the focus on eco friendly, sustainable local products with a strong design ethos. The staff were wonderful, striking the right balance between being friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, whilst being understated and sensitive to everyone's needs. Perfectly located in the centre of Pollenca old town, the hotel feels quiet and secluded but is within minutes of a plethora of bars and restaurants. The hotel provided recommendations and were happy to assist with bookings etc, but you won't struggle to find somewhere amazing to eat every night. Public transport links are great, with Puerto Pollenca and various beaches within a 20 minute bus ride.

Amazing experience Phenomenal hotel, a beautiful old building renovated beautifull in the stunning setting of Pollensa old town. Everything is of the highest standard and the attention to detail in all areas of hotel is amazing. We were truly spoiled during our stay, from the champagne in the room to the turndown each night with little chocolate treats. The design of the hotel is immaculate, rustic but luxurious. The staff were amazing, they could not do enough for us and made the experience so pleasant and relaxing. Honestly one of the top 5 hotels I have ever stayed in and I hope to return some day. I could not recommend this hotel enough. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Good location, beautifully furnished and the breakfast was fabulous. All the staff were very professional and extremely helpful.

Not enough sunbathing space around the pool for the number of guests. No bar area inside to relax in, you could only sit in the reception area. Our room was beautifully furnished but no wardrobe, just a hanging rail and a few drawers. we were disappointed that there was no coffee machine and there wasn’t enough complimentary water.

The hotel was exquisitely designed, impeccably clean and incredibly stylish. It was perfectly located in a quiet part of town, yet just a short walk from the main square, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff were friendly, attentive and yet discreet. They remembered that one of our party had a gluten allergy and would provide gf options without having to be reminded, and they looked after us beautifully all week: sorting out taxis, booking restaurants, organising spa treatments, etc. They really could not have done any more. The pool area was beautiful, and the pool itself was spotless. It was lovely to swim surrounded by greenery and with the smell of orange blossom wafting over the garden wall. The spa itself offered a good range of treatments, and the massage I had was utter bliss! I could write a whole separate review about the breakfasts - suffice to say, we’ll be back, if only for the hazelnut cake!

The lack of a bathroom door in our room was a bit of a romance-killer. We found the dinner menu a little difficult to understand, as it’s not separated into the usual starter/main/pudding/lighter bites/sides. That said, the staff are approachable and happy to advise.

We booked Can Auli for our anniversary holiday in July and we could not have asked for better! The room in the new building (by the pool) was super comfortable, with a large bed and an amazing stone shower cabin. The hotel facilities are incredible - the decor is gorgeous, the swimming pool is lovely and the space is very cosy. Plus, the restaurant is to die for! The breakfast is made with fresh produce and has multiple gluten free and dairy free options for those with intolerances. Lastly, the service is just perfect. From Caitlin, to all the reception staff to the lovely (lovely!) ladies working in the restaurant. We were welcomed with smiles, the best recommendations to explore Mallorca and the best service. We can’t wait to go back!
