The staff at this hotel are so friendly, we travelled with two young children who would often spill things and generally cause chaos, the restaurant staff would always come and help us clear up with a smile on their face, they made us feel so welcome. Big shout out to Guadalupe in the restaurant who was amazing! The animation team were also great, we didnt join in many activities but Colleen and David always made time to come and say hello and speak to us one on one. We missed David towards the end of the holiday as he didnt seem to be there but wanted him to know he did an awesome kids disco and my kids really missed him! The food was delicious, i dont expect much from all inclusive hotels generally, but every night the food had real flavour and there was always something different to try.

The rooms were really small, as a family of 4 we were on top of each other, and it was a shame there was no fridge in the room

Food was good with a lot of options. Would be good if guests start acting more civilized when it comes to the open buffet. This has nothing to do with the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, good service. Nice view from the room. Clean Not far from playa del inglés beach

The swimming pool is not heated and it was too cold to swim. Internet is very slow On the balcony it was loud because of some ventilation system installed outside the building.

We have a great time, the food was amazing. Lots of sea foods, different fish every day, prawns, muslles, sushi. Chocolate fountain, fresh papaya and waffles for breakfast , delicious dates, this hotel surprise us every day. Recommended pilates & yoga with Collen, wonderful inspiring women. Taxi to airport 45 euro, bus only 3.5 euro, bus stop is 2 minutes from the hotel . Supermarket next to hotel, sandy beach 10 minutes away.

The restaurant consists two parts, during dinner I would share it for people with children and for those who want to spend romantic dinner ,celebrating birthday, anniversary, without crying, tired children.

Everything was fine except when I wanted to take water to drink, one person just come to me and said if I don't have 'all inclusive', I cannot drink, he even didn't ask me what I am drinking. Common, I cannot just take a glass of water to drink? If I pay for the hotel for breakfast then it's impossible to take water?, just make a sign that it's only for all inclusive, how can I know it? It was not so nice to make me a point. I'm not a kid, thanks for understanding.

We spent the whole stay in a very nice atmosphere. Variety in meals and at breakfast and dinner always something different every day. I celebrated my 40th birthday and received a bottle of champagne with wishes from the main management. Very nice surprise, I did not expect such a nice gift 😊

I was with my husband for a massage and there was a pedicure in the same room. Instead of relaxing with a super massage, I heard nail clipping in the background. Only this was only a small minus. It is worth thinking about separating these two services.

Great hotel in walking distance jumbo and beach. 5 towers with great rooms. Nice swimming pool in between of them. They offer shower rooms if you check out at 12:00 and have late flight back to refresh yourself before trip big+ for it! Food was for nice 4 rate. Quite same breakfast. Nice dinners and lunch. But always I choose something to eat. Daily changed towels and cleaned rooms-really good clean! Jumbo for party only 3€ each way by taxi or 15min walk. Friendly staff! Enought to chose and mix by the bar by all in, but only "local alcohol". Free transfer to the beach.

Would me much better if the music will be played whole day on swimming pool not only during entertainments (even from playlist). Toilets onder pool need better eye of cleaning lady's.

This is great place for family with children. you’ve got everything there! kids swimming pool is well maintained. There are medium size of sand play ground for toddler and swings and slides for a baby as well. also we played a lot in volleyball and basketball places. You can reach two big major supermarkets within 5mins walk. closed to the airport. the night show was outstanding! Every night you will see different shows! The buffet was also great! variety foods are ready. haven’t seen same main menu during my stays!! I really want to say this, all staff( especially in reception & restaurants) are super happy! I could see that they were working really happily and enjoyable! Interact with the guest and children. It was very good staying and I would like to visit again!

The hotel staff were friendly. All areas were super clean. Room made up every day - new towels, beds made, etc. The pool was great (althouhh slightly cold). Day entertainment staff were engaging. Evening entertainment was okay. The food was brilliant. We stayed 2 weeks, and there was lots of variation.

The room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 children (10&12yrs) - we were under the impression it was 2 single and a double sofa bed. But it was two singles and the sofa split into 2 singles. We made it work.

Good and nice hotel! Serviceminded staff. We had to change hotel rooms so that we got afternoon sun. So cozy to be able to have a glass of wine on the balcony before we went out to dinner. We only had breakfast included and then went out to eat lunch and dinner. There are many restaurants nearby. Large pool (about 30 m long), perfect when you wanted to swim a few lengths. Plenty of sun loungers. You always find a place to relax. Total: A good hotel that I can really recommend! As I wrote above: Book a room with afternoon sun (opposite side from the sea).

The hotel is fantastic value for money, it's extremely clean and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. We booked up last minute for a relaxing break with the children and that's exactly what we had. The children were happy with the facilities. The sports court, table tennis and pool were my boys favourite. The girls are younger and enjoyed playing in the park and splash park.

Usually when we go away for a beach holiday, I like to have a sea view. The hotel isn't on the beach so I did miss waking up to that. The hotel do offer a free shuttle bus to the beach though, we walked it and it took less than 15minutes. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues due to the hills/stairs. The way back took a little longer due to being up hill.
