It was a pleasant stay, very good food and good quality drinks for all inclusive

Many things restricted because of the Covid-19 not always with a fair reason. For exemple, not even water offered for the minibar “because of the pandemics” - doesn’t seem very right, I see no relation between the minibar and Covid-19. For 200€/night seems a bit exagerated. At maximum 10 parking spots so be advised maybe you’ll have to search a lot for a public parking place. Air conditioning was not working in my room. Rooms are old. The toillet door is glass made and you have no privacy when using the bathroom , this was a big inconvenience for us.

Amazing hotel, luxury feel as you first walk in and greeted by friendly staff who were always happy to help. The location was spot on, so close to all the nice restaurants and shops, a couple of beaches close by and within walking distance to everything you would need. The pools were amazing and always free sun beds. Food was always excellent with lots of choice, different options everyday to keep you interested. We opted for all inclusive which was definitely worth it as the bar was open all day for drinks and ice cream. Entertainment in the evening was always really good, we were lucky to be there on a special holiday so got some good shows and firework displays.

Pools, food, great staff, animation, beautiful place, clean. For me the best hotel in Tenerife

Me and my husband left the sunbeds by the infiniti pool and went for lunch. When we got back someone else was in our seats. It turned out that we were gone for more than 10 minutes and the lifeguard cleaned up our things. It's ridiculous and stupid. I wasn't on a trip around Tenerife at that time, I just had lunch at the hotel. That's the only thing that's not okay with the guests.

Overall the experience was amazing. we had a sea-view room and we loved admiring the amazing view each morning, great food, nice pools, excellent staff. We weren’t planning to spend the whole time in the hotel so we booked the Half-Board, however as a honeymoon present we were upgraded to all-inclusive, which was such a nice and unexpected surprise!

The only remark here is that the double bed was actually 2 matresses set up together - however we were informed about it beforehands and it wasn’t a big minus from our side, since everything else was so perfect!

The property has a great location between two major beaches, right at the seafront. The theme restaurants are amazing and the staff is very attentive and friendly. The entertainment in the evening was also very nicy. The pool area is nice and clean. The view from the balcony is amazing.

The floors are old and dirty. The buffet area is also very old and does not live up to a 4 star standard. The food in the buffet is mediocre at best.

Been before offers everything we need from a holiday

The only thing we were disappointed with was the noise during the days with the banging and power drills.

The facilities such as the pool and lobby and bar were great. The whole communal section is so clean and smart. The staff are so friendly and Max and Frankie in the entertainment team went above and beyond to make it fun for all ages.

The room was a bit basic and we were in the slightly more finished room. Considering the amount we had paid, you had to pay extra to use the safe daily, there wasn’t an iron/ironing board despite needing to wear trousers for the restaurants in the evening. The lifts are very small and the doors close quickly which is annoying if two of you are getting in them.

I liked that they cared to give me a room with a great view. It was an amazing panoramic view from the 7th floor. The small pool with simi infinity style had warm water which was a great option end of November. All in all a beautiful hotel.

The hotel bracelet is made of low-quality rough fabric was annoying and among all you "must" wear it all the time, they tighten it on your hand so you can't take it off even at sleep time. I find it disrespectful to the guests to force them to wear it all the time.

Location of the hotel is great. We've got extremely nice view room with terrace. Our daughter made lots of friends, so after our two night in Santa Cruz we came back to the same hotel.

However first part of the holidays we book hotel, just because it said that they do kids club what our daughter always enjoys, however there were no information that kids club will not be happening all those three days. This was very disappointing, as we would have chosen different hotel for sure...

The staff and facilities were excellent. The location is very central. We had breakfast as it was included with the room. There was a wide range of choices & food was to a high standard. My wife has a number of severe food allergies and is on a gluten free diet. Usually eating away from home is a nightmare but this wasn’t the case here. Her dietary requirements were taken very seriously & she had a good choice for breakfast every day. Overall, a lovely hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our first holiday after two years due to COVID. Well done!!

Bed was a bit too hard but I think this is a personal preference!
