The hotel is in a quiet location, a five minute walk to the centre or a couple of minutes down some steep steps to the port area. The room (up two flights of stairs) was clean if basic, and the bed firm as I like it. The bathroom was very spacious. Juan Luis in reception was particularly polite, friendly and helpful.

The room rates are a bit high I feel for what is fairly spartan accommodation, but options are limited in Mahon and this seems to be the norm. Apart from that I was happy with my stay.

The location and price were great, close to the centre, above the port and short walk to the bus station. Balcony was small but enough to check the quiet steet and hang your wet clothes. It is still just 2* hotel so do not expect some crazy luxury 😊 for sleeping more than enough

No soundproofing, you can hear every person arriving and leaving or watching TV. I wouldn't recommend breakfast there. Just go around a corner and you will find some nice cafeteria.

Everything Very clean, Nice staff

too expensive for what they are offering. needs a remodel. if you are aiming to rest you better forget it: there is noise for the entire evening as you can hear everyone that comes into the building, every talk in the building and all the doors opening and closing. be ready so be awake around 6am. also: for 80€/night individual room it was expected at least air conditioning.

We loved the air con, it was essential. Loved the friendly staff - especially the night staff - el fue un buen hombre , and we loved not having to worry about keys when exploring the town, couldn’t fault it.

Very good location and very friendly and helpful reception staff. Didn’t eat breakfast here so unable to give feedback on that. Small bar in hotel which I didn’t expect.

Single room was quite small and basic but it was clean, good shower and very clean which was good.

Location is great, very close to the city center and port. Amenities were good and the room was very clean. 24h front desk makes it secure and convenient.

The hotel requests that you keep the keys at the property for safekeeping, which seems a bit weird.

Friendly staff, great location 20m or so from the beautiful port, comfortable beds, balcony was nice touch

Little noisy at night sometimes with guests coming in and shouting loud or talking loud in hall way

We being British like a cup of tea in the morning but we could only pay for a cup of coffee which was a bit tight we thought, we only tried breakfast once and that was jam & toast, they did have a very small menu.

A good location & clean.

Central enough and very helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I did not get a chance to experience the bar area.

A little noisy when guests are having conversations in the hallways, but this does not happen during quiet times.

The staff are super nice, very friendly and helpful. The zone is very quiet, very good for the price

No soundproofing, in general it was not that bad but my room was right above the reception and I was able to hear very clear when someone was arriving also the rooms next to mine.
