The lady at reception upon check in was extremely nice, check in was quick & easy. Our room, 117 was very comfortable, with a huge bed and very good air con. There was also plenty of parking, both at the front & rear of the hotel. Overall a very nice stay at a good price.

No lift, our 13 yr old dog struggled with the stairs, maybe I should of asked for a room on the ground floor?

Room was comfy and fine, excellent shower facilities, air con - All good and always a safe bet when staying with Ibis. Well priced as always.

Only niggle was the ceiling in the bathroom, it had had several repairs made to it and as such was unfinished / unpainted. The rest of the room was 10 out of 10 - Come on Ibis, to sort that is a couple of hours work etc - This let you down and I marked you 8 out of 10 overall, should have been an easy and well deserved 10 for you.

Easy access right off the autopista, and a pretty good breakfast. Rooms were small but clean. A nice restaurant right across the street that was perfect, as there's no restaurant in the hotel. Friendly staff. If the air conditioning worked a little better then this would be the perfect stopover hotel.

Air conditioning was very, very weak on a very hot day

Location very easy to find. Ample parking. Room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Loved the large bathroom. Bed was super large and very comfortable. Sunny on reception was so pleasant and helpful. Lovely little restaurant/cafeteria and pizza was good. Dogs appreciated grass area!

Door lock was faulty. Had to change the key card 4 times!

Location 3 minutes from A2. Very easy to find. Perfect for break of driving from Bilbao to Girona. Continental breakfast good. Comfy beds and pillows. Very important to us. Stayed here 4 times.

Lack of restaurant. Only pizzas available.

A functional Hotel well situated for travel. Good facilities to eat and shop are found nearby. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a good shower. The WiFi was very quick, and the reception staff were professional and friendly

A well situated Hotel for our stay around Lleida. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was functional, beds were comfortable and the shower was excellent.

Room size is small and some other facilities like a coffee machine in the room would have been a good addition.

Easy to find, convenient little cafe, good car parking. Basic but good enough for overnight stay while travelling.

Very close to motorway and noisy with the windows opened.

A perfect stopover mid journey to the pyrenees. Helpful staff, 24 HR food available, clean and comfortable, plenty of parking, near a supermarket for supplies

We found a very good workers cafe/ restaurant across the road from Hotel.. very good value ,delicious meal, it was called Parador restaurant recommended by two locals.
