Meal and breakfast excellent. Very Spanish in every way. Wonderful friendly staff. May well stay there on the way back. Secure parking.

A real welcome. Lovely typically Spanish room and furniture. Amazing eating area. Dining room closed for winter, but such attention for our wonderful meal that night. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional and the experience enlivened by the workers from across the road arriving at 9.30 for the breakfast. All ready pre-ordered and laid out for them for the half hour they were there. Price very reasonable and food available all day. Secure parking . Lots of pictures of a bullfighter (possibly local, meant to ask) and two bulls' heads on the walls which may not appeal to everyone!! An amazing outdoor glass lift - an easier add-on to the existing building - came as a surprise when it opened! We stayed on our way south from Santander and liked it so much we booked again for our journey north.

the room was nicely furnished,and spacious ,beds very comfortable, balcony overlooking the street, Internet good.good lift access having a fridge was very welcoming . Food they had a menu in English and appeared to be available all day, with lots of choices ,we had bacon and eggs for breakfast very good .. very flexible establishment with a typical Spanish environment which was lovely. Ideal hotel for a stopover travelling between north and south Spain.

the bathroom was ok, but but the shower needed attention, but generally a good size. even though parking was good a bit limited near the entrance with our mobility problems,other parking was available across the road as usual coffee and tea making facilities would have been an added advantage !

Very Spanish feel, packed with photos to do,with bullfighting (plus two heads of bulls). Could be a turn off if you are very anti bull fighting! Stayed on a Saturday, whole place buzzing.restaurant, age and outside terrace all very busy Plenty of parking space. Close to motorway Staff all very helpful

Good value for money, clean

Noise and very slow at check in. Do NOT take a room on the first floor if you don’t want to be waken up at 6am by the staff moving tables and chairs in the restaurant underneath. Not sure why, it is not a 10 mins job, it goes on for about 1 hour and is super loud!!

Typical Spanish decor. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Very helpful staff.

Room too hot. Some noise coming from other rooms - could hear people talking at 2 in morning.

Location, just off motorway. Private parking, walkable to nice town centre, great Tapas selection, very Spanish, with predominantly Spanish guests and workmen. Menu del Dia available also in the evening, very good value. Some rooms have balcony. Fridge.

Love the authentic Spanish atmosphere. It's a locals bar as well as a hotel. Always find it buzzing. Staff very friendly. Excellent service. Lift to upper floors. Rooms decorated with authentic Spanish furniture. Good supply of soft towels and soaps etc. Good value for money and pet friendly. Secure parking if needed. Tapas good didn't try the restaurant.

Passed reference to bullfighting memorabilia but its Spain.

On a trip from Santander to southern Spain an ideal stop off point. Always a welcome. Very Spanish, rooms are spacious, with ac and central heating, cleanliness is 10/10. Food excellent, from tapas to full meals. Off road private parking.

Perfect stopover between coast and Madrid. Beautiful traditional Spanish room with exceptional restaurant, fab food! Absolutely buzzing from early morning until late evening but didn't hear a thing in our room. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again
