B&B HOTEL Madrid Getafe

Room - good, clean, convenient - everything is new and nicely finished Bed - nothing wrong with it Breakfast - was not included, but a bit too expensive to pay while selection was not that great. Although free coffee and tee is available from the machines any time - this is convenient Personnel - very helpful, polite, just there was no issues at all, we communicated with different people in their shifts and all of them are nice and helpful, WOW - it is so rare to find nowadays

Rooms are very comfortable. Bathroom is beautiful. BUT, the best thing is the lobby. Its quite industrial but relaxing. Nice place to chat and have breakfast. Very spacious and full light but not hot.Teas and coffees are available for free 24/7

The breakfast was ok but frankly I can say that it was just what you can get from LIDL across the street

Room was well presented and to the standard I'd expected before I arrived. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom and towels were very clean. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The only criticism I can make is that the shower soap was thin and didn't match the quality of the rest of the room. Otherwise, I could not fault the room or the hotel in general. I will be returning.

Good size bedroom and bathroom, good to have a fridge and safe in the room. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The pillows were a bit springy/cheap - and the nights were cold. Is it possible to have a blanket in the wardrobe to use as an extra layer if required?

This hotel was easy to get to, the room very clean and comfortable, and the young lady at the front counter was very helpful and friendly with a nice smile each time we talked to her. Free parking under the hotel was super convenient, and breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly too, a bonus for us.

The bed was very soft and comfortable, the sheets were clean. The bathroom was very clean. The free coffee was decent. Lots of space if you need to work during your stay.

The shower drain was clogged already, and water overflowed on the floor a couple of times. I would have liked if the bed had a bedspread to cover the sheets during the day. There is lots of dust everywhere.

Great place to stay near Madrid, we stayed one night there. The room is great, the bed was comfy and the bathroom as well. It has a free parking and a Lidl just outside. The train station is 10 mins walk away and you can get to Madrid station in about 50 mins.

All was great.

great location in Getafe - plenty of parking around the hotel - easy walk to metro to go into Madrid

bedrooms on last 3 visits have been much to hot - no air con in bedrooms in winter - bedroom uncomfortable hot because of heat in corridors of hotel. they do have air con in the summer months.

Very good and fair breakfast options.

Very few hooks to hang clothes, a plateau or little table to put the bag was missing, a phone directory, and the option to shift from air conditioned to heating and vicecersa.

I really like the customer service of the property, I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and perfect size

The gym was close although I understand since the staff member explained why but would have been nice to clarify in the time to book, the rooms aren't isolated, you could hear everything ( I hear the man snoring next door)
