R2 Hotel Pajara Beach

The location is great, there is access on foot to three beaches. Unfortunately as always in Spain you have to pay for the sunbeds, but you can also stay by the pool, there were always some free sunbeds. The food was really good and a good variety. I believe vegetarians would also be fine! The entertainment was really good too, each day something different.

The glasses, mugs and plates were really dirty I couldn't believe it. They didn't clean them properly. Watch out not to take a really dirty utensil. The drinks as always in all inclusive resorts of the sort leave a lot left to be desired. The cocktails were really not good and coming from a tap! Never seen such a thing before and hope not to see I to again. There's is no free WiFi in the rooms, you have to pay for it.

Very good facilities, large pools and smaller heated pool in winter. Good food. Room was very good size and fantastic sea views from the balcony. Decor is a little dated. Staff is friendly and nice.

All inclusive does not include wifi! Very silly! No cava available at dinner. Why? Immediately feels very stingy after you've paid for all-inclusive. Included drinks are not great, worse than at other resorts in Canaries. Pre-mixed cocktails are horrible.

For example, pool was very clean, and ewerything arround pool was clean. when U want drink, they do it very fast so u dont need to wait long. animation Stuff was very kind and helpfull... (Adam, Laura etc.)

Room was kinda sad bcs minibar was EMPTY when we arrive, balcony door was hard to open and close, toalet doesn't have ventilation, and last time when we wanted from cleaner to clean our room, she doesnt put small towel. Kitchen was bad also, bcs they have a big choice, but all food was very bad tasting without any taste (they probably dont use any salt, papper, kari etc.), plates for food was 99% dirty from food, sodont expect much from rooms and kitchen...

The location was fantastic! We stayed in the royal suite on the top floor and had a breath-taking view from bed, from the room and from the two balconies overlooking the ocean. Everything was super clean in the hotel! The room-maids were amazing! Incredibly helpful and kind and did a fantastic job! All the animators were very friendly and smiley and created such a lovely atmosphere all dqy long!

Some of the waiters were not kind or friendly enough. They have made us feel as if they couldn't wait for us to finish during breakfast time when it was about 10.15 and similarly towards the end of dinner at about 21.15. However, some other waiters were very nice and smiley which balanced the situation out. They should say that breakfast finishes at 10.00 and dinner at 21.00 if they want the guests to leave the main dinner hall/terrace earlier. The bathroom of the royal suite was a bit tired and could do with a renovation and a new tub! A mirror would have also been useful in the room as the only one was in the bathroom.

Very spacious, clean, well maintained. Food choices were amazing something for everyone. The staff are so friendly, and professional from our check in on reception giving us a full run down of timings and where everything is situated to the staff working in the buffet. Fab 2 day chill out from everyday routine. Will definitely return 👌🏼😀

Had to pay to use the spa which wasn't mentioned in the write up. 😔 Plus booking.com said check in from 2pm and our room wasn't ready till gone 3pm

staff , facilities , food was lovely. the hotel catered for my gluten free diet . nothing was a problem . The rooms were big and very clean. I enjoyed some of the activities arranged by the animation team. The hotel was very close to the beach. there were 3 small clothes shops available in the hotel in case you needed to pick up anything. Very reasonably priced

The beds and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable

The room was very spacious and clean. The balcony with private lounge chair were an added bonus. The separate shower and bath allowed for options. Even the upside down set up of the floors became a quaint perk. The activities made available were a welcomed feature.

The fact that access to the spa was not part of the all inclusive package wasn’t clear. more options of dinning would have been good, especially plant based options. the labelling wasn’t clear between vegetarian and vegan/plant based.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, no rush for sunbeds or seats anywhere. Pool bar buffet had a great choice of food with choices being changed 3 times daily. Main restaurant was great.

No butter on buffet, only margarine, yuck. Queues for soft drinks, wine and beer could be long, many hotels have these self service with counter service for spirits which would reduce queues

Got a free upgrade to a Royal Suite and two beautiful balconies. The staff were lovely. It was the variety and quality of food that makes this hotel stand out. Beautiful. There's some lovely beaches close by. There's a lot of nudity. But we embraced it. Less to pack.

Our room was very clean and big. We had jacuzzi. And bed outside for sunbathing. Nice place. Nice staff, very polite and receptionist. They all very kind and accommodating. Always smile and willing to help if you need it. Andrea is the best. I will definitely recommend this place. 👍

Far in the airport. Need to get the taxi to be there on time. Though, there is a bus. Need to book in advance. Public bus is there as well but need to wait for 45 mins.
