We didn’t know what to expect considering how reasonable our stay was but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were an excellent size and were very clean. The breakfast which was included in the rate was fantastic and there was a variety of good quality food to suit everyone. Even the coffees were really good. The pool was quiet so there was no need to get up early to reserve a lounger. Perfect sized pool for families, not too big but not small. The only thing that I would suggest is updating the decor.
The rooms could do with being updates and made a little bit more modern but this wasn’t a massive issue.

Good location. Parking on site €9 per night. Staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent food. Good choice, varied daily. Easy stroll to harbour where the fish restaurants are (15 minutes for us, but we don't walk fast). Entertainment and activities daily but more aimed at older people. We enjoyed the music and dancing though.

Staff very pleasant from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning. Great choice of food for breakfast lunch & dinner. Some of the hot food choices were often only lukewarm but there was a microwave so if that bothered you, you could heat your food. Enjoyed stay and would return

Hotel is very well located. Plenty of public parking space around (free except in july and august). The apartments don't look fancy (as you can see on the pictures) but they are spacious, extremely clean and very well equipped. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast and decent food at diner. Drink prices very democratic We paid extra for the sea view and would do it again...

As the tram station was on the outskirts of the town a bus was waiting which transported us close to the hotel. We liked the position of the hotel close to the beach. We really enjoyed watching the flamingos in the salt lake from our balcony. Excellent variety of food choices at dinner and breakfast.
Hot plate (hob) not working, hotel did get someone to look at it. Lack of materials for washing up.

The location is really good!! Very close to Penyon D'ifach and to different beaches. Nice view from the balcony (I had an apartment with seaside view). The place has a nice swimming pool and the staff is nice. The breakfast was good too. The apartment had a good size and everything needed.
The bed was a bit hard, although that is personal preference. It would be nice to have mosquito net on the windows as the summer is getting closer, for people who prefer not to use AC.

We were given a lovely room with a spacious balcony and a sea view. Breakfast had lots of variety and location was excellent. Easy free parking in low season right outside. So nice we stayed another day. Highly recommend

Only three elevators for such a large building. Two of the three elevators are old. You can't eat breakfast for more than three days. A very uniform range. Towels need to be updated. Use a lot of chlorine during cleaning. They don't dust at all on tables and nightstands.
