The waiter was very accommodating, attentive, and friendly. It was a cold evening, and he brought us soft, cozy blankets so that we could cover ourselves while eating dinner. Also, he made excellent dinner recommendations. He knew we were Pilgrims walking El Camino de Santiago, and he talked to us for a bit and remembered the next day we were walking again the next morning. Both women at the reception were friendly and accommodating.... one gave ice to cool off my knees after a long walk, and the other one answered all our questions about the hotel services. Lastly, the massage therapist was excellent! I needed a massage on my legs after a long walk, and he worked miracles!!! I walked the next day without any issues

The design of the room on the 4th floor was awkward. It took some time to get used to it after banging our heads several times on the low ceiling.

Reception staff was amazing and so helpful. Breakfast was good. We were very tired by this point on the Camino and really appreciated Jose in massage! He's a miracle worker!! This hotel is right on the camino path and is not to be missed. It's located across from the Gaudi castle and a cathedral.

Fantastic location only a few meters from the cathedral. Room very quiet facing onto a large garden. Secure underground parking spacious for a change.

As a spa hotel it had an indoor pool, however at a charge of €18 per person far to expensive I would expect this facility to be free for guests. Breakfast was OK but rather limited.

the spa is awesome, rooms are spacious and quiet with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.

the swimming cap rule , helps that they sell them at reception. Also having to reserve the spa is restrictive especially if you just want to use one facility, multiple people can use at same time .

Booked as a treat during the Camino. I paid extra to use the spa, which was totally worth it as I had it all to myself. Staff were helpful and friendly. Lovely, big room with an enormous bed, lovely shower and a bath. Fantastic options for breakfast. Wonderful!

We were walking the Camino de Santiago and this was a perfect stay. Loved the room, restaurant for lunch and the breakfast buffet. The desk staff went above and beyond to find us a farmacia open on Sunday.

This hotel is right in the middle of Astorga. Everything what you want to visit is in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and even helps at late hours. Our room was well sized for four persons. The restaurant of the hotel serves food at a fair price.

We were informed the day before our arrival that the pool is closed. The room had some dirty spots (e.g. behind the door), but which were cleaned right away by the hotel staff. The hotel has also a nice garden, but there was no possibility to have a drink there.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel the lovely woman at reception made us feel very welcome and she was very helpful. We booked the room with spa access and the spa was amazing . This Hotel is a real gem and I recommend it to everyone staying in Astorga .

the terrace glass door was open but the grated blinds were locked and I couldn’t open them to cool off the room. Also, the air conditioning never came on no matter how many times I tried to turn it on. it was a humid and warm stay.

I didn’t even use the spa facilities and I felt perfectly restored after a very long day. Slept like a baby on the most comfortable bed. Great bathroom, everything excellent. It’s on the camino, so useful when leaving in the morning!
