Eurostars Gran Madrid

We stayed 7 nights in this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who come to Ifema Madrid. The reception staff work very competently and responsibly. Paola, Diana, Irina and Manuel thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely return to your hotel again. Your guests Khumoyunbek and Nilufar🙂

1)The breakfast is delicious, but I think they need to add some variety to it because it gets boring for a regular guest to eat the same thing every day. 2) unfortunately there were no slippers

We were in a triple room with two separate spaces, which was great. Good parking and the location (close to T4 of Barajas). Green spaces and restaurants around.

I was missing a kettle to boil water and have tea in the room.

I use hotel for short stay between flights so did not use many of facilities. However, bed was comfortable, bath has all-you-need things including toothbrush, toothpaste, comb and body milk, shampoo etc. Breakfast was great, especially jamon and gluten free cake (provided when asked).

Excellent hotel for the night before a flight. Excellent staff. I asked to change a room and they changed it right away. The rooms are spacious and the mattresses are comfortable. There are good restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking in the hotel parking lot is free.

Check in was fast, the receptionist very friendly and efficient. The rooms were warm and comfortable. There is free parking available underground. It is close to the metro station.

The wi-fi was intermittent.

but the room soundproofing is poor,I can hear the people talking outside clearly the vechicle voice at night even I closed the window and door.

The breakfast was not included in the price. It might be my mistake done when booking but I wasn’t told when I was checking in. I find it weird for a four stars hotel not to have breakfast included.

Staff in the hotel are amazing. From the reception to the cleaning lady. The manager Maria Jose was very kind. The hotel is very comfortable, close to many food and recreation options (Heron Diversa is just 5 mins walking) and a big supermarket. Also, easy to get to Madrid as the metro station is 3 mins walk. Great breakfast!

The room was fantastic, really big and comfortable bed. Complementary water and welcome chocolates. (I would have loved a coffee machine in the room though :D) Perfect stay just outside Madrid.

Everything was good.

The price was great, the deal we had included a bottle of cava in the room good value for money. As we were leaving early before breakfast was starting we were provided with a picnic breakfast.
