Hotel Gracery Seoul

- Great location, it is a 15 minute walk from the Seoul Station. Also there is a grocery store and Starbucks in the same building. The nearest station is City Hall, it's about 7 mins, or go to Seoul Station, the metro is very convenient, you can get anywhere. - Good breakfast, there are Korean and European options. - Many local restaurants near the hotel. - There is a coin laundry on the 11th floor, I didn't use it, but never saw a queue there. - The staff is very kind and helpful.

Nothing really. The bath was quite unusual for us, but it's not an issue.

it’s really clean, beds are really comfy, love the shower and the bath! only one thing… toothbrush is separate purchase. I’m all for sustainable travel hotels.. if only it’s indicated on the booking page then I would have bring my own toothbrush and paste. instead of paying a fee for a really lousy toothbrush. buffet breakfast is really good and value for money.

the separate purchase toothbrush and paste. quite a walk from the City Hall Metro station Exit 7 which doesn’t have an elevator. it’s quite a hassle having to drag your luggage from the station

Easy to reach from Incheon Airport by taking the 6015 airport bus to Namdaemun Market. About 5 minutes walk to the City Hall station where you can get on Metro train. Good daily services including renewing towels, replenishing bath salhts, 2 bottles of drinking water. You can buy fruits from Namdaemun Market. Walking distance to Seoul Tower and Mendong.

The USB charger did not work. The living room is a bit small since the bathtub takes up a lot of space. Small clips are suggested to fix the blanket and cover sheet together. No large supermarkets in surrounding.

Convenient that is kind of in between City Hall metro, the grand palace and Myeongdong. You can walk to a metro/tourist attraction within 10-15min. There is a Starbucks in the same building. I’ve stayed there 3 times, and most rooms have really nice views because their segment of the shared building begins from 11th floor onwards. There is a bathtub in every room I stayed, and they provide all amenities except toothbrush. You can also do laundry on your own within the property.

Did not provide toothbrush. They are quite strict about no early check in (ie wait till 3pm) unless you join their membership (free), which is quite annoying when you are coming in from a red eye flight and just need to lie down for a while.

The room is pretty spacious and comfortable for two. Location wise, it's a stone's throw from City Hall metro station, 5-10min walk from The Plaza Hotel, which is very convenient if you are taking the K Airport Limousine bus which takes you straight to the hotel area to and fro Incheon Airport. There are many good restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel, catering to those working in the offices nearby so you will defintely not waste your calories!

The pillows are too soft for us. We also did not really like the bathroom layout. The basin, toilet and bathroom are 3 separate areas very close to the entrance and we find it rather crammed.

It was outstanding! This hotel is exceptional, the facilities, confort, the cleanliness, the staff (was so friendly and hard working), the entire experience was immaculate! The quality of this hotel is simply gorgeous, location made it easy to get about and explore the area. Also it was really close to City Hall and right in front of the hotel you had the station for bus limousine that take you directly to Incheon airport. So I could not recommend this hotel more highly! Bonus tip: if you have the chance to stay at Gracery, try to update your room.....the view is breathtaking, no matter if it's daytime or nightime. And just book it. :)

The location is excellent, very close to Myeong-dong area, Namdaemun market, public transport, restaurants... Staff is very kind and helpful, and they speak English. A crib was provided as we were traveling with a baby.

It is a 3-star and not a 4-star as advertised; there is a clear sign with the 3 stars as you walk in. Rooms are small and when adding a crib, the space is extremely limited. There is almost no space to place the luggage as the sink is in the entrance and there are no wardrobes (just a shelf). Breakfast is not worth it considering the price and the number of options outside the hotel.

The view was amazing from 15th floor Proximity to eateries, Namdaemun market, subway and central to attractions in Seoul

Bed being so close to window, it was a little scary! Breakfast was not good, expensive and cold. Communication with reception difficult at times, lack of English.

Nearby stop for direct limousine bus to airport.

Website did not update limousine bus number 6005 from Incheon Airport to hotel is no longer available. Bus 6001 is the next closest, about 4min walk from hotel. Only when we enquired before checking out, the hotel advised this bus service is available.

Separate bathroom toilet and vanity. Bathtub was awesome plus the bath salt. Close to restaurant, Starbucks and convenient store downstairs. Staff are helpful. Coin Laundry are big plus.

No taxi wanted to take us to SEOUL station from hotel. It was quite bumpy 15-20mins walking to the station with suitcases. Plus too many stairs at the station.
