The size of the room, cleanliness, balcony, breakfast.

The " suite with seaview" stated in the booking was misleading. We had expected the balcony to face the sea, but instead, it overlooked the carpark. The only "seaview" we ended up with was through a smallish window above the bed. The furniture and decor are a bit old school and tired looking, albeit well- maintained. Do note that the property is far from the sea, amenities and restaurants, so you need to drive.

The owner was really nice and super helpful. He recommended us a very good restaurant. We felt very welcoming. Outside was so pretty and relaxing. Breakfast was decent.

The room was clearly a room for 2 but like mentioned we were 3 adults. The owner gave us a extra camp bed. It was ok for us, but it will be nice if they let us know in advance. Otherwise it's a nice room.

The suit with 2 bed rooms were very spacious and there were 2 toilets. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. The kitchen had everything and there was nothing we missed when cooking. the living room was very spacious. The staff was nice but not always available at the reception, but you could call them anytime.

The bed in 1 room was very hard and it was very difficult to sleep on it. The other room had a futon which was very hard too. Breakfast was very simple but no meat at all which was sad and boring. There was just an hard-cooked egg, bread and jam/butter, cereals, milk, juice and coffee.

The hotel was amazing! The room was big and had the best views to the sea, with a nice balcony to have some drinks in the evening. The bed was very comfy and we had clean towels every day, which was nice. Also, the staff was very friendly, spoke good English and was up to help with anything. We enjoyed the free water bottles available for the guest every time we walked through the door, and the breakfast was generous, with lots of options. We were very happy and we had a great time there.

Everything was perfect!

The location and the sea view is perfect for a relaxing chill, be it night or day. There is a front porch where u can enjoy the sea view if u do not want to stay on the balcony. The morning breakfast is good with hard boiled egg, coffee, fruits, juice and different types of bread with the option to toast it. There is also some parking spaces available. Did not meet the owner but had a pretty good stay at his place. Room is very spacious and clean. I would say this would be a great place to relax and chill and would definitely come back again if i ever go back to jeju.

There was only a small mart to get some tidbits and drinks. Might have missed to check out the supermarket nearby as it was late at night Car got blocked in the morning but the staff helped out to ask the other guest to move their car.

Breakfast is really good and enough. There is bus stop near the hotel so you can reach from airport with bus as well. It’s really quite there so perfect for resting. The room was clean you get clean towels everyday.

I liked everything. If you’re scared of insects there are several kinds of them around the island. But they’re harmless. There are no elevators but it’s only 3 floors so won’t be problem if you don’t have huge baggage

The room was spacious with an open view over a park and with the sea in the far distance, The breakfast had various items (eggs, fruits, cereals, bread...) with good quantities and quality. The cute little garden in front of the hotel is enjoyable to sit in the sun.

The bathroom was a little worn out and the shower quite unpredictable (hot/cold water).

The room was large and light, with a beautiful view of the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The owners were helpful and very friendly.

Some of the facilities were a bit old and not cleaned well, for example in the bathroom the glass counter was not clean (not clear) and the cup provided had clearly not been washed.

A wonderful minitel that feels like a home. The rooms are very clean, large and spacious - it's like you're staying in your favorite gran or aunt's guest room - immaculately prepared and warm and cozy. And if you sleep with the balcony door open, you can listen to the ocean and hear birds chirping in the morning. *This location is a great stay if you have a car. There are a few small restaurants within walking distance and the village is full of stone walls and tangerine trees, so early morning or late afternoon walks are lovely. There are plenty restaurants, coffee shops, ocean views etc within about 5-10min drive.

I loved staying here and I wish I had spent all days in Jeju in this place. The room was big and clean, the bed was super comfortable. It had a very nice balcony with beautiful views. The breakfast was basic but OK. The staff was kind and welcoming. Perfect location to explore the south and west coast of Jeju.
