The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location. Close to restaurants and shops. The front staff are very helpful and even helped us with our laundry by allowing us to use the hotel's washing machine and also called for taxis on our behalf. I would recommend this hotel and gladly stay again.
The breakfast was the same every day.

They had an actual jacuzzi in the room 👌 The design of the room was interesting and spacious, we had all the amenities and WiFi included. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The air con worked well and we could have a good rest here.
Some areas could have been cleaner, and there could be a bigger car park.

The hotel is located about 10 minutes by car from Chuncheon Station. All of the services in the room worked and there were no issues while staying.
The breakfast was simple, not a lot of options to choose from. Also, the building is more like a motel than a hotel.

The location was good. We got an upgraded-room for free which was nice. We had a big tub and massage chair even.
The staff couldn’t speak English which was a problem for my bf (he’s not Korean). And i felt it was more like a motel than hotel.

The towel and bed sheets is clean.
The toilet door is glasses and can see through, bath tub also no door. My rooms can stay up to 4 pax, is inconvenient to used toilet and bathing. Although I’m staying with my kids but also not so good.
