Reception speaks English and are helpful and polite, room is big and spacious, wifi working well. Location is great, it's opposite Bujeon station exit 3 (elevator), right beside seomyeon underground shopping exit 9 (stairs). Down the street of Bujeon market and station. Reception at 17 floor. Starbucks and GS25 below, very convenient. There are lockers on the ground floor.

Hotel is in walking distance of the Bujeon Market, Bujeon Station, and the Seomeon Underground Market. Being close to the underground market was easy to commute to central Seomyeon, especially when it was raining. The underground market kept us dry, but allowed me to walk a good 10-15 minutes to the center of Seomyeon to do some shopping. The 24-hour GS25 on the first floor made it convenient to buy convenience store food, beverages, or ice cream! Staff was friendly.

Although the hotel does not advertise of a gym, I wish they had this facility. Bathroom was very small. Closet access was very small and narrow.

WE were right in the middle of the busy business district where they were vendors selling produce and fish etc and there were vendors selling all kinds of things on the weekend -like sidewalk sale.. It was quite interesting. It was easy to catch a taxi.

WE wanted to exchange get some cash from the atm machine downstairs in the family mart , the cashier was so rude and like she was mad at the world and took it out on us... We were scared to go in there if she was there.. It was terrible. The front desk told us to go there to get cash. I think the hotel should have an atm machine in their hotel

Everything was perfect. Next to the hotel a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, small markets. Personel was very nice and kind and helpful. Room big and clean. Breakfast very tasty. Recommended !!!

The only one and a new thing for me was that personel asked for cleaning up the plates after breakfast. Its fine, I dont mind to take the plates to the return place but guests had to separating plates, glasses, food or cuttlers. First time in the hotel i saw that kind of situation. In my opinion that kind of hotel should not asks guests for cleaning up after breakfasts. But generally i really recommend the hotel.

The room was fairly large and included a clothes hanging area- rare in these parts. The view to the south was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonable. The location is easy to find from the Bujeon Station. There are plenty of dining options in the area and the close proximity to the train station makes it easy to get to anywhere else in the city.

The signage in front of the hotel said there was a restaurant/bar on the 17th floor open for dinner and drinks late, but it is only open for breakfast buffet.

opposite metro Bujeon stn, exit 1. There's Starbucks below the hotel, lots of coffee shops and there is Bujeon market nearby too. you can walk from the hotel to seomyeon area at night cause that area is more lively compared to hotel's area. filtered water machine is available to refill your empty bottles.

there is additional charges for early check in. housekeeping only start at 9am onwards. pillow is too soft and smelly too.

I cannot recommend enough this hotel! The staff were super professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was large on the 14th floor and with a view. Good accommodations with comfortable bed and pillows. The wifi was on the slow side, and we essentially used our data. Great Busan location in the centre of town with train, buses and subway stations nearby. The Bujeon market next door is also a plus. 🙌

Value and near local market, Bujeon station

Just have 02 pilows. Should have 4 pilows similar with same hotel level. Location too far to the airport (1hour or more) without shuttle bus and receptionist not to communicate with guest about airport open hour. Guest should book another hotel near airport for last day. Air conditional ok but quite noisy especially at night

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We requested a change on the booking to add an extra night and they quickly added on the same room. There was a problem with the hot water when we areived but we were given a voucher for the fitness center on the aame building and the issue was resolved by morning.

The hotel was located in Bujeon which has a lot of places to eat and the train exits/entrances are right outside the hotel. The reception is on the 17th floor which some people may like since you don’t have to interact with staff everyday when coming in and out of the hotel (since the rooms are below reception). The staff clean the room well too.

The bathroom is quite small and there isn’t a lot of space. The room itself is also quite small but okay for two people.
