The breakfast was outstanding as well as the location.

Your TV package is not good enough. Most of the Hotels and Guest Houses I stay in has the sport channels as well, especially when there are good sporting events. Also if the rooms had a mini bar-fridge and a Microwave oven, then it will be difficult for anybody to top you or even be better than you.

I enjoyed my stay and the stuff we're amazing, I had dinner in my room which was superb, the room service was unbelievable. I will definitely return again and recommend to some people. Thanks again to the stuff Madeleine,Marrion,Envy and can't remember the receptionist name maybe Buhle mara they were best even the barman

The shower is too small, but everything is amazing

The views from our room was breath taking. Beds are big and comfortable. The rooms and the while hotel is clean.

There was a big family there that was making a lot of noise with the jumping castle. The staff is not accommodating. When we bought ice they gave it to us in plastic bags and didn't want to give us ice buckets, which doesn't make sense as the hotel doesn't allow cooler boxes.

The breakfast was excellent, with no buffet due to limited guests but we ordered what we wanted and it was perfect. The location is exceptional, peaceful, and beautiful. The rooms are well-kept and cleaned daily.

The bathroom had some mold around the shower and there was a stain on the floor tiles and some of the carpets.

Check in was done quickly and efficiently. We were a party of 12 people and placed on the same floor. The breakfast buffet was very good. The Xmas buffet was excellent with lovely decor, complimentary Xmas crackers and champagne. Very reasonably priced. The staff were always polite, friendly and accommodating.

Excellent location. Excellent facilities. Friendly staff. Good size rooms. We liked that it was the old charm style of hotel. The view of the dam is wonderful. The kids loved the big swimming pool.

Breakfast was not a walk-in as expected. We did not pre-request breakfast so we know for next time to arrange the evening before. I think due to covid and low occupancy it was only on a request basis, which I completely understand.

The place is so affordable, it's value for money. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. The vew was incredible. The location is near most attractions, which makes it even great.

The carpet inside was a bit of an issue for me.

The place where overwhelmed and it was surpurp I love everything about the pine lake Inn it took my breath away.i would love to go back again.

The view of the lake and taking a boat ⛵ drive inside the water 💦💦 it was a good experience and I love boat cruise so much 😊😊💖

Friendly staff.

-lack of menu for kids or smaller lunch meals -no medical bag for minor injuries (we wanted a plaster for 10 year old after he cut his foot open in swimming pool) -buffet are expensive for a family

Great service from the staff, the sarroundings were amazing, the view totally great, we had the best amazing time

Bathroom only had mini soap, bookings said it had all toiletries.
