Park Inn by Radisson Polokwane

I liked the service that i got from the receptionists especially Winnie and Sunnyboy they were the best. Will difenately call again because of them. Everything about Park inn was excellent!👏👏Keep up the good work!

The time when we had to wait for rooms to be cleaned during check inn time.We waited almost 2hours,while we were coming from far . We called day before and asked for arrival time ,the response was anytime after 2.

the staff are so friendly, but my absolute favourite thing is how neat and clean the rooms are!✨️ sheets, towels, floors, all beautiful.

park inn is a hotel held at high regard by many, that it just doesn't make sense for there to be a total shutdown of appliances and lights during loadshedding at such a modern, pricey hotel. during our stay, we experienced complete darkness for hours at some point during the night and suffered once again in the morning as we couldn't recharge our devices before taking a long trip. park inn can do better. adjust to the current state of things and install generators and other power backup supplies - it would help a lot.

Executive room - standard of worth. There was not much embarrassing moments on check in like in the past, our bookings was picked up swiftly. Of note was on trying to make booking: my wife phoned, they told her no rooms available, I tried through booking companies - booking.com,I was told only one room available and we needed two, kept on trying with booking.com same time, eventually managed to get two rooms we wanted.

The room was amazing, the service exceptional. The staff was very helpful and amazing, they went over and above to be of great service.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing; a lack of consistency with being served, some things were to be served others self service, this created a bit of confusion. Very limited choice in terms of breakfast, I asked for an omelette and it was just very bland with no cheese at all. The cappuccino was lukewarm and very watery (also self service)! I wanted toast but ended up not making it because of the limited space between the lady serving and the toaster itself. May I also ask that maybe you consider providing two of the nice pillows per person in the room? The extra one are way too soft. I loved the rooms, nice, clean and spacious.

The manageress/ hostess Nomsa was exceptionally accommodating & handled our booking troubles with utmost professionalism & grace. The rooms were beautifully modern clean & comfortable. All necessary facilities were well catered for & the "breakfast included" option was definitely well worth the price.

Booking.com needs to review their pictures, description of the rooms and prices more closely to avoid confusion. As well as their "upgrade your room" policy. Unfortunately, the cards to the room did not always work & had to be re-programmed after a night's stay. A microwave unit in the Suite would have been a nice touch.

the room was fantastic, it was very clean, loved the mood lighting feature on the headboad, it had a view overlooking a golf course, overall lovely space for a peaceful weekend

ordered room service and no one answered the phone, after multiple tries, we had to physically go down to the restaurant to order

Very pleased with the service, staff friendly and helpful, food very nice.

Beds poorly made with two single sheets located half way down the bed and across the bed. We stripped the bed and remade it So that we each had a single sheet running top to bottom. Pillows poor quality and large continental pillow pushed into small pillow case . Hard and uncomfortable.

I liked the fact that the hotel was just next to the Peter Mokaba Stadium and N1 highway. In less than a minute when you off ram N1, you get to the hotel. Just a walking distance to the stadium. Awesome!

The parking area for vehicles was not shaded and it was too hot. Nonetheless, there were some trees planted around the parking area so hopefully they will provide some shades when they grow bigger in the near future.

It was clean

1. We had load shedding and there was no generator or even portable lights for the rooms. I called the reception and they told me there is nothing they can do so I had to stay in the dark. For a Radisson hotel that is really unacceptable. 2. The cleaners had to be reminded of towels every day. They cleaned the room and did not leave clean towels

Breakfasts and evening meals are generally well prepared. Rooms are a little small but ok for en route travel. Very convenient for N1 travel.

Restaurant can be noisy as teams arrive for activities in the nearby stadium but there are quieter places near the bar and reception and outside.`Maintenance could be improved in places by replacing toilet seats which though appear unclean actually suffer from bleach staining!
