Beautiful Gardens and the close proximity of the buildings are great.

Doesn't look like the maintenance is kept properly. Showers, stairs, under the desk counters, cupboards etc are dirty. Definitely not cleaned well. The floors in the rooms are sticky. Cant walk eithout shoes at all. Definitely not worth the price per night you pay. The manager and the trainee that was at the front desk was definitely not accommodating at all. Quality of the tv's are pathetic. The viewing is difficult as the picture is distorted and not clear at all. Its a beautiful hotel, I hope they can improve.

I appreciated the hosts allowing me an early check-in "at a fee, of course." we were tired from driving for hours and just needed to rest. Our room was spacious and clean. The best part about my stay was the exceptional service of reception staff, especially Phila. I'm grateful for the extra mile you put on, fixing my loyalty rewards matter. I'm also thankful to the room service staff for extra towels, thank you for making our stay warm and comfortable.

Paying extra for early check-in.

The hotel has excellent friendly staff and they are willing to assist you with anything. However, the hotel is tired and the rooms are tiny. The bathroom is also very small. The restaurant is not great and I wouldn’t recommend it. We had extremely noisy neighbors and we had to get up to ask them to quiet down a few times. They were screaming and banging on the walls and doors. This unfortunately was a negative for us as it was 2 nights in a row. The behavior of some guest were questionable, as woman walking around in lingerie etc. Not the kind of an environment when staying with young kids you want.

Nothing at all really ,did not have enough time to check out all facilities in detail but from what I experienced it was more than satisfactory- even the small gym which was closed but opened up by the very friendly and super efficient staff at my request - all exceeded my expectations especially given the last unpleasant stay at the last Protea Marriot we stayed at …

Bed was so comfortable and bef linen very clean and fresh. Keep it up. Staff very friendly and willingness to help though for no reason they postponed giving me 2 keys at once. Room was clean and spacious for the 4 of us. Breakfast so delectable though they took time to refill the tomatoes.

Bathroom too small . Toilet and shower spacing inconvenient. Bed light flickering

Clean room, space in the garden for the kids to stretch their legs after a long trip. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Restaurant is well priced and offers good tasting food. Garden seating outside rooms and restaurant is very pleasant. Maybe just something to note - all ground floor rooms overlook the pool, so it may sometimes be a little noisy.

I would have loved a bar fridge in the room.

Welcome by the lady at reception, her professionalism and friendly service. She went an extra mile for me, I lost my loyalty card and she assisted me by getting me my membership number and telling me how to update my details by downloading the app. She is gave me excellent service. The room was clean and had enough space the 4 of us.

The staff were exceptional, the food was great, the rooms were sanitised and clean, really felt safe in times of CoVid! My 4yr old had travelled with us for this business trip and they went out of their way to accommodate her every need from ice cream, to crayons at dinner to arranging hot chocolate! Amazing how much effort they went to, to ensure that we were comfortable, sanitised and felt safe and secure!! Our new home away from home!
